Honestly, I prefer a good old "go fuck yourself". Or even just a "fuck off". As long as it works, it's fine with me.
I was a McDonald's manager, and I'm very proud of it. Granted, I had my problems with the company and even more with the Corporation, but those were small and on par with other jobs. My main problems came from the customers. The customers in mind were those who thought well of thinking those employed under the Arches to be inherently beneath them.Supreme Unleaded said:Not to insult you personaly but if I was ever a Mcdonalds worker, let alone a manager I would try to keep that secrete, that place discusts me in the first place, for me it would be a step backwards to be promoted in that place.Anacortian said:I was a McDonald's manager for almost a decade. Not to personally insult you, but you appear to be one of those. Whether you personally patronize the chain matters not. How dare you think less of me. Is it the fact that I worked diligently at that job? Is it that I still look fondly at my experience there? Is it that I was my most physically fit while working there and eating McDonald's food as a staple? Is it that I have the ability to type English adequately? Is it that I worked in an industry that deserves a great deal of the credit for lowering the price of food? Is it that I worked for a company that is responsible for the widest distribution of the greatest amount of wealth in US and possibly world history? I would like to know.
I am proud of my time and achievement working for McDonald's. You are so hateful that you feel compelled to try to squash that. Your words reflect poorly on yourself, sirr.
Excuse me. This humble plebian has spoken out-of-turn to one who is clearly his better. As I have stated so many times before, "Door's to your left; you'll be missed."
Let me extend my apologies. I'm not a great fan of internet arguments, but years of plebeian status for loving my job have left me more than a little over-reactionary.Supreme Unleaded said:Like I said, I didnt mean to insult you, its just that every time I go there (in my area at least) the workers haveAnacortian said:I was a McDonald's manager, and I'm very proud of it. No respect for the customers
It takes up to 15 minutes to get a meal
They get mad at me when I dont want a super dulux uber burger that there trying to sell me, I just want a chicken sandwhich.
and most of the workers are more interested in talking to their peers then acually taking my order.
I did not mean to insult you, Its that the workers that serve me are just disrespectfull and and dont really care about me.
Granted I rarly go to McDonalds, I try to keep away from fast food but ever so often I go there and get atleast 2 of the things in the list above thrown at me.
Now lets just end this argument weather I started it or not before it gets into a flame war.
I have a better one.Lord Honk said:My favorite: "If you don't shut up this second i will shove my foot so deep into your ass that you can chew off my toenails."
