Buddy, you realize are being nut about realism on a website devoted to videogames and humor.

Sorry, yeah I've been hanging with my buddies a lot recently, both are trained riflemen in the Australian army. Can't get realism out of my mind.

Actually the mass effect weapons are pretty cool, near to unlimited ammunition and fold to be compact.

Primary 1: Mauser Kar 98K
Primary 2: Ruger Mini-30
Secondary: Smith and Wesson .500
CQC: Trench Spike
Explosive: Bob-ombs (10)
Other: a box with a Scarab Beetle in it

I'll take a flame thrower, that way i can just run aound yelling "The Fury", sephiroth's 9 foot katana simply because it's imposible to wield, but very impressive, and the power to summon bahamut.

Primary:M14 with Collapseable stock,and a ACOG sight.
Secondary:Beretta M93R sans removable stock.
Melee:Light Saber.
Other:Land warrior system.

hmmm horses for courses I guess, I loved the load outs available in raven sheild, if anyone remembers, ability to upgrade individual weapons etc.

Primary: SVD 7.62x54R rifle with PSO-1 scope.
Primary: SIG 550 5.56x45 rifle with any medium-powered optical sight.
Secondary: SIG P226 .357 pistol with trittium night-sight.
Melee: Knife (Ain't that original?).
Explosives: AT4 Missile launcher loaded with Anti-structure tandem projectiles.
Other: Focused-point infra-red emitter with automatic range adjuster (Of my own design, essentially a laser with a near-infinite energy density)

Primary: L4D's modified m16(the one with 50 round mag, no recoil and head spoding bullets) with eotech 516 sights, dual mag, laser sight and bayonet.
Secondary: AA12 with 32 round drum mag, frag shells, bayonet and front grip.
Sidearm: Calico Libery m960 SMG with 100 round helix mag, laser sight, bayonet and eotech 516 sights.
Melee: Any of my 3 bayonets.
Explosive: A bag full of c4 and some detonators.
Grenades: m67 frags.
Other: Something to radio in airstrikes.

I like how most people are picking weapons they would never be able to use in their entire life. "RUCKET LAUCHER! DESART EGLE 50'!"... To shoot what? Thin air?

Primary1: AK-47 or 74. Avtomat Kalashnikova model of 1947. The most reliable gun ever invented and quite possibly the easiest to use as well. Point at enemy, squeeze trigger, end of manual.
Primary2: A good 50' cal Sniper Rifle with a tripod. Yes I know. "50'?? BUT YOU JUST SAID-"... For a handgun nimrod, not for something with a tripod.
Secondary: Glock 22 or 29 with detachable suppressor. Glocks are basically the AK-47 of pistols.
Melee: KM2000
Explosives: As many frag grenades as I could pocket.
Other: Providing I could carry one without being overburdened, a crowbar. Simply because it's a blunt object that might be useful as a melee weapon but it's also useful as a tool. Otherwise, a hammer. Same principle.

On the other hand, to be COMPLETELY unrealistic for style points:

Primary1: Fallout 3's Combat Shotgun
Primary2: M.I.R.V.
Secondary: Desert Eagle 50' cal.
Melee: Lightsaber.
Explosives: Nuka Grenades.
Other: ...Beats me.

Well, all I think I'd need is from a book, but fits into the "Other" category.
It's called Shuriken, from some of Neal Asher's books.
It's a semi-AI, fast, hovering thing with practically invincible, retractable blades (Up to 25 cm diameter, if I recall). Enough speed and intelligence to block bullets that would've hit it's owner. If I had an Aug (Computery/brain device) I'd even be able program it's attack patterns.
Also, considering it's 1AM where I am, Merry Christmas.

I saw in the preview of some movie called "The Spirit" where Samuel L. Jackson has an 8 barelled gun. Does that count?

It looks more like two 4 barelled guns.

Primary 1: M1 Garand- I just love it.
Primary 2: P90
Secondary: Desert Eagle
Implement: C4 explosive
Melee: An Ice Axe
Grenade: Plasma- from Halo
Other: A dog

Pfft...who needs all those weapons...

Force Halbard (or sword) + Wrist-mounted Psycannon + Psyker powers...

Yeah...basically...just a Grey Knight from 40k...Daemons, heretics, xenos...they can handle it all!

The aegis armour incorporates a wrist mounted stormbolter, a psycannon is either a modified heavy bolter or a master crafted small arm the size of a rifle issued only to inquisitors of the ordo malleus and strusted members of their retinues, having said that some blessed bolter rounds are pretty easy to come by if you're wondering around in Aegis armour, local priest will probably annoint your ammo at like a 75% discount or something....


I'm not a warhammer fanboy, honest! I left those days 7 years behind me!!!

Actually the mass effect weapons are pretty cool, near to unlimited ammunition and fold to be compact.

Man, don't worry about it. I shoot competitively as a sport, and my dad's a marine! I am the biggest nut about realism out there! I just need to vent that realism in the virtual world.

Secondary: Some Gas
Hand-to-hand: The fender bumper
Explosive: A car that has the living #@$& rigged out of it with C4.
Grenade: A car with explosives attached to it.
Other: It's pretty obvious, isn't it.

It attach enough explosives to a car and drive it near people and jump out. The momentum will carry it near my enemy. Then i blow up the car and the get die. The kill says by "C4" and they say "WTF!" Think of it as a moving car bomb.
