CAD, 8-bit theatre (before it finished), the Order of the Stick, and VGcats. OotS was the one that started my love of webcomics.
Oh wow! I totally forgot about VGCats... I guess because it doesn't update as often as my usual comics. I'd better go check that out!

Left-Handed Toons is my personal favourite simply because it doesn't have to sink to swearing, sex etc. for humour.

But that said, I also like VG Cats, the Rooster Teeth comics, LFG, Cyanide & Happiness (I bought the book ;D) and a load of others.

Awkward Zombie is also very, very good.

"Yahtzee takes on the world" was an awesome time spent
That was a surprisingly good comic series. I have read it all the way through at last 15 times.

Scary Go Round. I wanted to like, cry, when I finished reading the whole thing. Then came Bad Machinery, so I guess that's alright. I also like Questionable Content, pictures for sad children and Gunnerkrigg Court. Speaking of which, time to open up Opera and catch up on all the new strips.

I really enjoyed LFGcomic when it began, but with the more serious direction, they've been losing some of their charm.
Two comics that I have bookmarked are:
Flipside [http://www.flipsidecomics.com/] and Misfile [http://www.misfile.com/index.php?page=3]
Flipside is a story about a nymphomanic jester girl and her girlfriend and a dude who can't really do anything. The way the story and character interactions are portrayed is awesome. Even though the quest they have right now (apparently) is "find a sword" and I haven't heard any mention of the damn thing since they set off.
Misfile is about a dude and a girl, or actually a girl and a girl. Throw in an alcoholic angel who screwed both of their lives up by messing with their files up in heaven and you get a comic that is updated 5 days a week with cool pencil art and plenty of humor.

I don't read many regularly, in fact I only read one regularly, that being Penny Arcade. So there's my vote.
