Amazing Super Powers [http://www.amazingsuperpowers.com/], which is always good for a laugh, as well as The Adventures of Dr. McNinja [http://drmcninja.com/], two very funny comics.

I think I might know what you're talking about. Is it Dead Winter ( http://deadwinter.cc/ )?

More on topic: I'd have to say Cyanide & Happiness, VG Cats, Sexy Losers, The Perry Bible Fellowship (which strangely has nothing to do with religion,) and Goblins.
Oh sweet. Time to catch up from where I left off. Thanks for the link! Glad someone else knows of it.

I've only got a few.

1. Sequential Art [http://www.collectedcurios.com/sequentialart.php?s=1] by Philip M. Jackson.

2. Sinfest [http://www.sinfest.net/].

3. VGcats [http://www.vgcats.com/].

*Other users whisper into my ear* What? *whisperwhisper* ...furries? Hell no. What would make you think...oh, shit.

Either Octopus Pie or Achewood
Octopus pie is pretty great.
It seems to be doing everything right that questionable content is doing wrong. (interesting characters, actual drama etc.)
Indeed, I feel kinda guilty for still checking up on Questionable Content because it's pretty lame more often than not.
Oh, I know exactly how you feel. I think the fact that it updates every day means I just do it out of habit. It used be so much better, nowadays...

This character plays world of warcraft. She is socially awkward.
Lets continue this joke for 200 strips.

Hilarious.

Cuanta Vida [http://tf2.skyscrapersoup.com/?p=3] (a TF2 fancomic with some of the most interesting characters and interactions I've come across).
Well now, I'm pretty surprised someone's heard of Cuanta Vida, it's probably my second favourite fan comic actually. (after the last days of foxhound [http://gigaville.com/comic.php?id=1].)

It's a little depressing how populuar that Nerf now comic is, it's just a big pile of fanservice.
So much fanservice... *shudders*

The Roosterteeth comics, Cyanide and Happiness, Looking for Group, Darth and Droids(if that counts) and occasionally I'll check out Ctrl-Alt-Del (and yes I know. Since Yahtzee hates it it's not cool to look at but whatever)

I follow several, but off the top of my head?

Questionable Content

Followed it for some time now and while it it's always 'funny', it's been kept at a level of quality that's rather rare for comics...web or otherwise.

I like the Super Effective series on VGCats, but since that doesn't update too often, I'd have to say XKCD is the one I read most.

If it counts, atm Blood of the Empire, quite enjoying it. Also Dark Legacy Comics, MMO-Champion keeps track of them so I check them out every issue, they're usually fun :)
