Oh, a Miyazaki movie. I'd have to say Howl's Moving Castle.

Man, the thoughts that provoked... what was the name of the fire-demon? Casper?

Bible B-... no, I'm joking.

Princess Monoke was one of the most entertaining anime related things I have ever seen and it wasn't afraid to spray blood over the place and let some good characters die.

Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust

I've never seen an anime movie before or since with such tremendously done animation.

Calcifer was his name, and he was awesome.

This, as a few others have said. Actually, Princess Mononoke is tied to be my favorite movie, period.

No Satoshi Kon movies have been mentioned yet?! His adaptation of Paprika was absolutely stunning. I've never seen a more vivid and colorful movie, yet it has a quite sinister story.
Also, Tokyo Godfathers was brilliant. The main characters are so fun and real.
Miyazaki is undoubtedly a genius, and I love many of his creations, but Satoshi Kon will always have the top slot for me.

Cowboy Bebop the movie.. classic and a fav in my collection
I have to agree. The story is enthralling, the voice acting is incredible (as all of Bebop's was), and the music... beyond description. Is It Real?, Gotta Knock A Little Harder, and Butterfly are the best tracks from any movie soundtrack, anime or live-action.
