Hmmm, there are several for me.

Deadpool, V, Alucard, Rorschach, and in his own way Vash the Stampede could be considered an anti-hero along with the Gundam pilots from Gundam Wing (I like all 5)

I'm not sure if he counts (I personally don't really consider him an anti-hero, but a lot of people do), but if he does, Clint Eastwood's "Man With No Name" in A Fistful of Dollars, For a Few Dollars More, and The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly gets my vote.

Otherwise, probably Sweeney Todd. Such a fantastic character.
