I'm an old fan of Picasso. Something about his works stir real emotions in me. Guernica is a masterpiece I look forward to seeing in real life one day.

I agree with you about Guernica. There's something that's just so powerful about the whole image. It's even moreso in real life.

Besides Picasso, I quite like Escher and Van Gogh as well. Escher for the sheer weirdness of his images, and Van Gogh because his style is instantly recognisable.
Though I've never cared for Dali's work.

To add something new, since my favorites of Dali and Bosch have already been brought up, I would say that I am a now avid fan of Zsidslaw Beksinski, he died in 2005 and I didnt even hear about him since last wee, but I now cannot get enough of him, google his art and prepare to be amazed and disturbed at the same time.

I like Otto Dix's paintings because they're fantastically odd.

After seeing his work in a museum, I've really taken a liking to Auguste Rodin sculptures. Somethings about them is very powerful. Dali's work really makes me uneasy, which proves its greatness.
