Probably right now I like Judas Priest the most, just because of Rob Halford.
Reverend Horton Heat is a close second though. I go more by song then band though, as certain bands will have mostly shit songs but the occassional good one (don't yell at me, but Nickelback is a perfect example).
The Beach Boys! People dismiss them as being a cheesy surf band (probably because of the name), but in reality they're one of the greatest rock bands of all time. Brian Wilson is a genius, and just about everything they put out between 1966 and 1971 is fantastic.
I'm going with the Gorillaz, even though technically it's just Damon Albarn and then a bunch of featured guests.
Godspeed You! Black Emperor. The finest music I've ever encountered. Strongly encourage to listening to them.
