There are just so many! I think I can only give a selection:

Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy
Monty Python and the Holy Grail
Stranger than Fiction
Both Airplanes
Hot Fuzz
Shaun of the Dead
Snatch
In The Loop
Bruce Almighty
Liar Liar

...to name but a few :p
Snatch is awesome, although I never thought of it as a comedy per-say.

Office Space is the way to go, along with any Mel Brooks movie.

Can't...resist... Temptation too great... must... recommend . . . BUSTER KEATON!

Here, have a look:

(And keep in mind that this particular movie has since been released with a MUCH better soundtrack, written by Joe Hisaishi, who also wrote music for most of Hayao Mitazaki's movies!)

I especially recommend "Sherlock, JR"(1924), a premium sample of Keaton's work and, besides being comedy gold even by today's standards, it's possibly one of the most innovative movies ever made. Notably, it's the first movie where the hero enters another movie, an idea which has later been used by Woody Allen and Arnold Schwarzenegger, to name a few.

It is also relatively short, with a running time of 44 minutes, so if you find that you don't like this kind of comedy, you won't have wasted much time!

I should also mention "Seven Chances"(1925), a more romantic - type comedy, remade in 1999 as "The Bachelor". Here, Keaton (or Chris O'Donnell) recieves word that he will inherit a fortune - if he gets married within the day!

That said, anything Keaton made between 1916 and 1929 is AT LEAST worth a look - I assure you, I picked my username for a reason!
