Out of the selection, what gave the Romans, Napoleon (later also Wellington), and the Nazis their military success? Order. Entertaining answer, Denied.

Out of elements in the periodic table, Mercury.

Does Life element let you cover your enemy's cities in poisonous vegetation? Because I'd go with that.

In before 100% thread derailment...

I would take an army of water. It's fluid, can cause damage in any number of ways, can be both controlled and wild, and can be destructive when both standing and moving. Earth is too rigid, fire is too fragile, and I just don't see air having the same destructive potential. As for the other elements, first of all, how would you come up with an army of Order? What would be special about it? Wouldn't any currently standing army be an army of order? I can imagine an army of Life being able to survive a lot, but how would it actually defeat the other armies? If you pit an army of Death against anything without life, or even a pure army of Life, it's just too risky. An army of Chaos would be, well, too chaotic. It may win, but without any form of control the army would probably very easily and quickly turn against me and everything I stand for, for the sake of chaos. I wouldn't want to have to deal with going up against my own freaking army.

Air FTW. With control over air, you just need one soldier.

TO CRUSH THE AIR OUT OF ALL THEIR LUNGS.
MUAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

*****.
UNUNQUADIUM HAS A HALF-LIFE, BECAUSE IT SEES THE FACE OF BIZMUTH, AND HALF OF IT FUCKS OFF IN SHAME, WHILE THE OTHER HALF PISSES ITS PANTS.

MEANWHILE, BIZMUTH KEEPS BRINGING THE COLORS ON LIKE A SON-OF-A-*****, BRINGING TARANTINO LEVELS OF VIOLENCE TO THE GREYNESS OF UNUNQUADIUM'S SHORT AND MISERABLE LIFE!

I'll go with whatever the underdog is in this situation.
Life I guess.
