I was going to put Mass Effect 1 or 2 up, but they've both been done a few times already.

SO, here's the top three for me

Spoiler: Bastion had amazing music, but its ending theme was just incredible

Spoiler: Team America's theme was... It sure was something. And I love it.

Spoiler: The 40k games have always had a good soundtrack, and Space Marine was no exception

Despite what it's borrowing its lyrics from, Setting Sail just sounds spectacularly hopeful, a song of rebirth contrasting with the two songs about death it came from.

You know, I actually really like the Ending song to Infamous Second Son. But I love me some Nirvana, and this was a pretty good cover. I never expected to like a cover of a Nirvana song.

I'd post a song from a show, but honestly, I pretty much ignore that sort of thing. I either walk away or turn it off when the end credits start unless there could be a bit after the credits like with Rick and Morty.

Ah hah, this still hasn't been mentioned yet! "Reset" from Okami is very pretty indeed. Shame the PS2 version is the only one where you can see the complete version of the credits.

Also as somebody else mentioned the end credits to Twilight, but that has nothing to do with the music, it's just the best bit...lol

Another one is the end credits to Airheads when The Lone Rangers play the prison covering a song by The Reagan Youth Project

It fits the game's setting, story and mood perfectly, especially with the reveal at the very end.

Of course, they had to ruin it by following it up with a crap Eminem song, but it is Call of Duty.

Probably going to be the only person to post this, but, from H20: Just add water:

Bella sings during the show, and she sung the theme song for that series, but she never sung the theme song during the show except when the end credits started during the end of the final episode.

Also helps that Bella's happily off with her love interest, one of her friends is happily off with her love interest. When the third is approached by her love interest, she says she's not interested and walks off to join her friends just before Bella sings the show to an end. Don't need to get back with the dodgy boyfriend for the happy ending, dump him and go to the song about how awesome the three are.
