Your favourite gaming villain?

A tie between the G-man & GLaDOS for me in the recent villain category (if the G-man counts), while Ganon/Ganondorf takes the cake for being the most intimidating Nintendo/old-school villain.
Honorable mention to Zant, but he's just too recent & thus can't compete with the delightfully creepy Valve villains.

The Arbiter in Halo 2, he was so devoted until his species disbanded from The Covenant. So hes not The Arbiter anymore because The Covenant created The Arbiter and he shouldn't call The Master Cheif, Demon anymore. Phew needed to get that out =)

Magus Zeal from Chrono Trigger.

Because the guy actually manages to look badass in SNES graphics. You gotta respect that.
Also, he was a very tragic an sympathetic character, also while being a powerful, evil sorcerer. I like that.

eh...he was more an anti-hero than a full fledged villain, but still an awesome character none the less.

I say the note-scroll-bar-thingy from the Guitar Hero / Rock Band games. He never tires, and he comes in every form from basic grunt who takes no effort, to the hardest gangster in the blocks.

I want to say Alma.. you want to hate her so badly for being such a poke-your-brain, but I just can't help but feel sorry for her. Screwed over her entire life.. it's hard to be angry at her.

So yeah, those two.

I would say the Locust Queen but now that I know what she looks like in Gears of War 2 her appearance was boring and predictable. Also if I actually got the chance to kill the Gravemind in Halo 3 and see what he looked like then. But I'd sitck with GlaDos from Portal just because of tripple personalities

Glad0s was pretty cool. And Bowser is just classic. I liked Vamp from MGS too. Lil creepy but i like it.

Sephiroth when he fights you in Kingdom Hearts II.
I said this exact same thing in the Thread about Boss Attacks. He kills you in one shot with this evil... thing. I hate him, and just for that, I hate Final Fantasy. Nah, I hate Final Fantasy for more reasons than that

My favorite villain? The two stone hands that you fight inside some giant pyramid in Super Mario 64. Pure Epicness.
