Manhattan has suffered a lot over the years. You could almost make a graphic novel out of it.

I mean:
Ghostbusters
Prototype
Spider-man
X-men
etc.

But i don't really know which place to pick.

My favourite fictional city is Ankh-Morpork from Discworld, and they made a few little games for that, so I stand by my vote.

Other cities would be anything I crafted in Sim City 3000, or the cities from Assassins Creed, particularly Acre. Damn they were pretty

I would have to say either Sodrith Mora from Morrowind, City 17 was cool, but not much left of it now. Ravenholm? Naw, just kidding. I especially hated it when I didn't know I could use sawblades as weapons.
Most towns in Morrowind an Oblivion I liked, except Vivec

The Mirrors edge city looks awesome.

I can't remember what its actually called, but my favorite is the City of Eternal Rain from FFIX. It's been a while but I think its when Freya joins your party permenantly. I really liked the atmosphere in that city. It was suitably depressing.

I'm a sucker for Art Deco design, so I have to give it to Bioshock's Rapture. Though I like to imagine it above sea-level and actually a thriving environment void of madmen.

I may just favour Assassin's Creed Venice more however if that game turns all-right

I'd go with.. Puerto Pollo from Curse of Monkey Island. Watching the sea while listening to its soundtrack.

Is that the Barber Shop quartet port? I loved the soundtrack there, if so.
I need to replay that game.

Personally I have a sort of connection with Balmora from Morrowind. Those guards always ran in to stab at Cliff Racers pursuing at my heels. God how I hate Cliff Racers...
