My favourite is beef fried rice and this is how I make it-
Pour a little cooking oil into a wok.
Put in the precook rice (leftover rice from a rice cooker).
Pour some dark soy sauce (never use light soy sauce).
Add a pinch of salt.
Using this wooden mixer (I don't know the proper name) to dig and break the rice up to stir it.
Throw in any ingredient like chop up spring onion, corn etc and fried egg and beef (made these two first before you made the rice).
Keep stiring until smoke is coming off it then you know it ready.
