whats your favourite part saving the princess, the big finale, intro, the betrayel, the plot twist etc
Yes. This.Anjel said:The unrealistic one-man-army taking on a camp/base of enemies on their own![]()
Speaking of, got a high five off my other half the other day, they just happened to be sat next to me when I was playing a round of Bad Company 2 and witnessed me run from behind a building, slap a couple of blocks of C4 onto the rear end of a tank, leap out of the way as another tank backed into the one I'd just rigged, hit the trigger and KABOOMIE! Both tanks plus a guy on foot taken out in one (5 kills), just as I was about to say "shweeeeeeeeet" I brought up my sniper scope to check a usual sniper location and there was a face blocking my view - very close - and I started taking damage. BOOM, headshot. 6 people in a few short seconds.Zantos said:Yes. This.Anjel said:The unrealistic one-man-army taking on a camp/base of enemies on their own![]()
Also the obligatory badass that is inherent to FPS games nowadays. That moment when you do something that would probably be impossible in real life, but just so freakin cool!
I hate the twist... usually the twists are laughably obvious like your npc buddy who;s supposed to be your best friend turning out to be a traitor.kman123 said:The TWIST.

Or pulling off something amazing, like a huge combo, or a huge cinematic event. shit like that is very memorable.
The part where I sneak and no-one knows I was ever there. Not that they make those games any more, I miss you Sam Fisher.TriggerHappyAngel said:The part where I have to sneak and slit every guard's throat
True that, nowadays it's just: take cover, shoot enemies, regenerate health, repeat.octafish said:The part where I sneak and no-one knows I was ever there. True, but when a game has a good twist, it's one of the best feelings you can ever get in a game.Ilikemilkshake said:I hate the twist... usually the twists are laughably obvious like your npc buddy who;s supposed to be your best friend turning out to be a traitor.kman123 said:The TWIST.
Or they just feel like a kick in the balls when they pull out a suprise character death.
Or somestimes its both.
anyway OT: my favourite part is the story.. when its done right.. and doesnt have stupid twists.
