Title says it all. I'd like you to say your favourite moments from the various Star Wars media that has been made over the years. It doesn't have to be just the films, but anything with the SW name, like from games, TV shows, books, etc.

I liked that one game for the N64 where there was a part where you flew around in the snowy place and had to take down the big four-legged walker things with your ship. That's all I remember from the game and as you can probably tell I'm not exactly up with the down low when it comes to Star Wars.

And I only semi-recently watched all 6 films, too.

My favorite moment has to be when Vader says "...Admiral Piett" after force-choking Piett's former superior.

And also when he steps off the imperial shuttle in the beginning of Return of the Jedi.

The fanboy tears give me sustenance. I find the fact that they use YMCA for empire propaganda in one of the songs far more amusing than I should.

The Revenge of the Sith, with Darth Vader walking into the Jedi Temple with the 501st marching in ordered columns behind him. Barely topped the scene in Return of the Jedi with Luke entering Jabba's palace.

When Luke is talking with Yoda, and says he's not afraid.

And then Yoda says "You will be...you will be" and suddenly a little green muppet is scary.

Also when Yoda gives that speech about "We are not this crude matter...luminous beings are we".

"I know."

Greatest response to a declaration of love ever. Often said in response to just about every woman I've ever gone out with...

Plus, pretty much any scene with Yoda from Empire or Jedi.

I'm not a huge star wars fan or of sci fi stuff in general.

However, in the 2003 animated series I always liked the scene where General Grievous was introduced. See below

My favorite scene is from Episode 4, since it seems it should have been an outtake. When everyone was in the trash compactor and the droids were in the control room above the hangar, Stormtrooper force open the door to the control room and the second Stormtrooper slams his helmet into the opened door.

The opening sequence of a new hope, it tells so much about the story without a single line of dialogue, I am convinced Lucas was not involved in it as it.

Been watching Redlettermedia? ^^

and

Too bad they only ever made three Star Wars films. I thought I heard a rumor they were going to make new ones, but that was probably my imagination.

They did.

They made at least one movie about Ewoks. I don't recall Caravan of Courage being very good, or being very Star Warsy, but it was a reasonably decent generic fantasy kids movie when you are a certain age.

That's Rogue Leader I think, map is "Battle of Hoth".
But I'd say it's an early GameCube title, I think there was a similar on N64 but you never flew around Hoth in that one, if my memory serves me.

On Topic:
My favorite StarWars moment is the battle of Darth Maul and Qui Gon... My two favorite characters battling it out... and both die -.-
Was a sad moment for a 10-year-old Guffe that!

As for games my favorite one has to on GameCube, name of the game was Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast, best shit ever!

Rogue Squadron had Hoth too. It was an extra unlockable, I believe. Real pain in the butt, too, because those tow cables were a nightmare to try using.

OT: There was that one time where there was the guy with the lightsaber on the planet. That was pretty good.

If I really have to pick, then I'm going to go with anything involving Star Wars Chuck Norris. FMVs were good times, man.

I'm pretty sure he was talking about shadows of the empire though. The opening level is Hoth, and you have to take down the At-Ats with a grapple line.

OT: My favorite scene is the Garbage compactor. When they are all screaming over the comlink and 3PO thinks they killed them, but in actuality it was them cheering for their lives.

Well, I was just correcting Guffe.

But you're probably right, actually.

It's amusing how many times they've put the Battle of Hoth into Star Wars games (because also Battlefront).

Han Solo just knows that sometimes you have to shoot first. Seriously I never thought poorly of Han for blasting Greedo when I was a kid. It just made sense to me, obvious bad guy, is obvious.

Literally everything about the Endor space battle. Its really one of those sequences where John Williams isn't holding it all together. From "It's a trap!" to the Death Star reactor falling and exploding as the Falcon reenters the exhaust tube. Loved it.

And again, John Williams.
