Jim Cummings, Tara Strong, Gary Schwartz, Jen Taylor, Ellen Mclain, Susan Blu, Mark Hamill...

But even these greats bow to the greatest.

Wait, so all those classic cartoon moments I watched as a kid was just this guy talking to himself?

....

Sweet!

OT: The Holy Funimation Trinity of Caitlin Glass, Vic Mignogna, and Travis Willingham. Don't care if I've been ninja'd, it bears repeating!

I would say Simon Templeman as well, but I won't since he doesn't even try to sound different when he voices another character (Kain, Loghain, Kai Lan, that unimportant judge in FF XII... the all sound exactly the same. Try to mix it up a bit, Simon.)

So I'll go with his LoK accomplice Michael Bell.

For me it would have to be most of the voice actors of Red Alert 3 because Tim curry and george takei are just awesome and so is this music video they made.

My favourite is Nathan Fillion, because he is awesome, and he's been in Halo: Reach and Halo: ODST (Me thinks), therefore he qualifies.

On second place is Gary Schwartz:

My Top 5; Kevin Conroy, Mark Hamill, Tara Strong, John Patrick Lowrie and The Prince (The Sands of Time version).

Fun fact: John Patrick Lowrie is married to Ellen McLain.

Derek Stephen Prince. He may not be a very versatile voice actor, but goddammit, he played Otto the motherfucking Boat in the first Pajama Sam game, one of the first video games I ever played!

For the longest time it was Tara Strong for things like Drawn Together and FFX, but I haven't really noticed her for a while. So for the time being I'm going to say Samuel L. Jackson. I know that's kind of cheating but he has done a hell of a lot of voice acting compared to the next Hollywood star. Besides, would Officer Tenpenny have been anywhere near as evil or awesome had someone else voiced him?

EEe! A voice acting thread!

My loves for guys are Johnny Young Bosch, Vic Mignona, Crispin Freeman and Scott McNeil to name a few.

Girls are Michelle Ruff, Veronica Taylor, Laura Bailey...

Yeah there aren't many ladies yet...

John St Jon (spelling?) has so many voices but the best one of them all is Duke Nukem. There are simply far too many to count so I'll throw in the Sergeant from Toy Story. Did I mention the tough Drill-Instuctor from Full Metal Jacket was a real soldier? Yup you know who he also acted out!

For me, it would be hard to say, since I have so many, but they would include (in no particular order):

Johnny Yong Bosch, Steven Jay Blum, Scott Menville, Tara Strong, Yuri Lowenthal, Keith David, Kevin Michael Richardson, Dante Basco, Phil LaMarr, Greg Cipes, Ashley Johnson, Crispin Freeman, Clancy Brown, Troy Baker, Tom Kenny, Dee Bradley Baker, James Arnold Taylor, Scott McNeil, Frank Welker, Corey Burton, and Peter Cullen.

...Yeah, I like a lot of voice actors... ^^;

Also I just thought of a few more: Joshua Seth, Cam Clarke, Vic Mignoga, Aaron Dismuke, Mako, Billy West, Mark Hamil, Travis Willingham, Christopher Sabat, Sean Schemmel, Mel Blanc...

John Cleese.

He was in Fable 3, so that totally qualifies him!
That was actually not his first voiceover role in a video game: In the Bioware martial arts RPG Jade Empire, there's a character who's an obvious (and hilariously obnoxious) British colonial-era stereotype, made all the more hilarious by what I assumed was a voice actor performing an astoundingly accurate John Cleese impersonation (it really drove home the whole "obnoxious colonial stereotype" they were driving for). Turns out it was actually John Cleese, which just made the whole thing more hilarious.

John Cleese was in Jade Empire?!

I must have missed that...

Even more reason for that to be my favorite Bioware game.

Hell yes to Michael Bell and Simon Templeman, and I'll raise you one and add Tony Jay to that list, rest his soul.

Wait.

No! No rest for Tony.

Can you imagine braineating zombies with his voice?

He could read the phonebook and I'd swoon. That man's voice is made of honey.

And for more nostalgic reasons, I'll go for Christine Cavanaugh. If only because she kicked ass as Dexter.
