TeamFourStar. Their Dragonball Z Abridged is easily the funniest, best quality Abridged series on the web.

There are a few other things I look for on Youtube. Freddiew always has some great videos. The Sonic for Hire series is hilarious. If you've never seen Death Battle, you are missing out (it's no longer on Youtube, though). That's a decent start.
