The first one I ever watched was the episode about "The Sims" and it remains my favorite. I think it's not only hilarious, and a great review of the game (compared to the other Sims games and other games in general), but it's also a great dissection of what the true intent of the game actually is. Wonderful. Also Wolfenstein is great too, the limerick rules.
