Last time Flyers won The Cup was '74-'75 -season, the only other time being the previous season. And after that The Broad Street Bullies have lost the Stanley Cup finals for six times, including last year as well, of course. But we'll see. We'll see about that!

And football is for wusses.

Aah yes Rugby. Where the entire game is spent wrestling other men to the ground in order to reach between their legs and grab their balls. So manly without a hint of latent homosexuality.

Of course, it's far more camp than a game where sweating men chase each other about for half an hour with their skimpy little shorts.

Yes, I must apologise. Everyone is rugby mad in this country and it gets to you eventually if it is a sport you cannot stand. I don't mind rugby league though. I view it as a mix between American Football and Rugby Union. It has the structure and set plays more akin to American but it is faster and the rules are fairly similar to union.

I like football, played it since fourth grade all the way through high school. I collapsed a guys face mask during a game my sophomore year, the guy got up in my face so the next play when the ball was snapped I headbutted him, he got up in my face again at the end of the game while I didn't have my helmet on and he did (this was when we were supposed to be shaking the other teams hands, some leave their helmet on, some take theirs off) so I headbutted him again, collapsed half his face mask and broke my nose and put a small crack in my skull.

I also like wrestling, real wrestling.

I love to watch and play football. I'll watch any football game, whoever is playing.

I also like rugby, formula 1, WRC and ice-hockey. I don't mind watching American football but I find it a little boring to watch sometimes.

Quite... this actually happened in Bath a few years ago: bus load of football players gets pissed at a pub, starts smack-talking a bus load of rugby (union) players. Violence ensues, no prizes for guessing what happens.

Anyway, OT:

To watch: pick one - cricket/rugby/football (for all the satire I love about football, it's still a good sport to watch, call me a hypocrite... *meh*)
