Pokemon White: Literally traversed a zone and went through an entire gym before shutting my DS off... without saving... four hours lost.

Ah..... good ol Mission 62, I know that mission real well, and I remember dying a bunch too. One isn't that bad, but two? Yeah, fuck you game.

That will be my moment too since I've had a few times where I was this close to beating that mission but died.
Hoohoo, did you ever manage to beat it in the end?
Yeah and it did take me forever. I wanted to get the trophy where you 5 star all the missions, and that one, and the one against the samurai creature....thing....was a pain in the ass.

Land of the Livid Dead in Rayman Origins. Yeah...you know what I'm talking about. Literatly every jump had to be perfect or else death awaited.

Probably not the best FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU moment, it was certainly one of my earliest. 2 hours of nothing exciting happening and then this happens:

Well, I was playing Megaman 2 on my iPad 2 yesterday.
This doesn't really apply to Airman per se, but pretty much sums up my frustration with his level.

Red dead redemption

a quest where I have to rescure hostages during a bank robbery...you know when you walk into a house from a bringly lit day your eyes need to adjust?

well that effect was in the game...except it was so dark in the bank I couldnt see anything and kept dying

I was screaming at the TV like a 14 year old kid on an xbox

Sniper: Ghost Warrior.

early levels: OK, so the enemies can find me a bit more easily than I would like despite me wearing a grass hoody. So they also have unreasonably great aim with their AKs from a distance. Luckily the levels are wide open and I can sneak a mile away and pick them off one at a time: they don't seem to see me then.

Later in the game: Why am I on an oil rig? This rifle isn't of a Sniping variety! Oh well at least I have allies, they can kill everyone for me...why aren't they killing anybody? Fine, I'll do it...wait, which ones are the allies again?

Later still: OK, snipe baddies from the top of this lighthouse, sounds easy enough...oh, they know where I am from the start? Well, at least I have the height advantage *snipe snipe snipe*. Well look at that, more of them...a lot more of them...Where did my health go?! What do you mean I'm dead! I'm a few hundred meters away! I'm a couple dozen meters above everyone!! Doesn't bullet drag effect them?! Fuck you game!!

I was playing Final Fantasy Tactics: A2, and I found myself doing a side mission in a tower... this mission wasn't one that was the result of accepting it in the pub, it was just there because of a rumour I had picked up. Now I found myself facing some monsters that were a lot harder than normal, plastering me with debuffs, and status inflictions, and had a lot of health, not to mention that they had some strong attacks, and liked to buff themselves a lot...

But I managed to kill them... 4 floors of them to be exact... then it spat me out on the 5th floor... 4 monsters there... highter levels than the rest of the monsters, so I knew it would be hard... I wasn't expecting this though! It was absurd... the computer decided it would have a free run for 4-5 turns before it even let me play, which killed off all of my mages/archers and left my tank/swordfighters on low health! I then had a turn, where I tried to hit the nearest boss to me, and took of next to no damage what so ever... the next turn I was dead...! BBBBBBBBBBBBBBOOOOOOOOOOOOOO...... (Bother... the British version of FFFFFUUUU...!)

Pretty much any time I do something dumb in Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 that leads to me losing.

Blocking high against a Doctor Doom...
Forgetting my opponent has Frank West's shopping cart assist...
Whenever I choose Phoenix Wright post press the witness assist patch...

All big FFFFUUUUUUUUUU moments.

There's a particular thief-race in AC:Brotherhood I cannot complete and have posted once here and once on the youtube walkthrough already.

Basically, ~7-10 seconds left on the clock and every time I try jumping from one building to the other, he instead dives into a haystack. No matter what angle I do, and that's not enough time to climb the building where the near-last marker is.
I've had more than a few situations where I've been chasing a target down and have accidentally wandered too close to a lamp post or some other object, where upon Ezio has immediately decided to change course, despite me pulling in the other direction and sit on the lowest ledge while I furiously pound the circle button to make him let go.

It usually happens when I'm chasing one of the coward templar captains who decide to scoot instead of fight you, making it impossible to capture the tower for another ten to twenty minutes.

Guild Wars a few years back. I was about 20k experience from the Legendary Survivor title- where you need to attain 1337500 experience without dying, no small feat, and this was before they had the reset, so if you died once, that was it. Anyway, I was 20k experience from this title, and I know that I'm going to be able to get it on this next run. I run up to the first mob, and my internet cuts out. When I finally log back on, I find out that my character had died to the mobs, as a result, all that hard work was nullified (I've since got it, Anet made it so it was X exp since last death, not X exp before your first death). Definitely my biggest FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU moment.

Goddamn Binding Of Isaac

-use Teleporter and find I Am Error room-

Hey alright! Oh hot damn check out all these pills! And I'm playing as Cain so none of them are stat downs! Fucking A!

-use pill. It's a Telepill. Get warped out of I Am Error room-

FFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-

-playing Spelunky, manage to rob and kill a shopkeeper to get a jetpack and a shotgun early in the game-

Alright! Now so long as I'm careful I should be fine.

-next level is a Dark level, where I can't see a foot in front of me without a flare, and I can't hold a flare and shotgun at the same time. And there's an angry shopkeeper with a shotgun waiting for me at the exit.-

FFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-

However to it's credit, that little "Run the fuck away" feature has forced me to capture towers in a more clever manner - Making DAMN sure the Captains are the first enemy I kill in those situations, PERIOD.
After a couple of annoying runners, I figured out that the game was reminding me that this was a STEALTH game :p

Deus Ex human Revolution, both the moments when I realised what a stupid idea it was to get some upgrade made by what turned out to be bad guys, but then also when said action kicked me in the nads at the boss fight.
Edit: forgot to say, FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

My biggest FUUUUUUU moment in a game ever was in Vice City, one of the later mission where you have to blow up a store in the mall and Lance comes to "help" you and he essentially just makes the mission eight times harder.

(Half my captcha is in like Arabic wtf?!?!)
