Which was the first video game you have ever played?
- The absolute first game I played was game based on a Swedish x-mas calendar TV-show called Mystery at Greveholm

Was it a video game that brought you into gaming or did it need a another game?
- It wasn't before I learned how to play Star Wars: JK2 on the Gamecube 2-3 years later I was actively gaming

Was there anybody who influenced you? (A brother or sister, uncle, friend, whoever, who brought you into gaming)
- Yeah, my brother taught me how to play the game mentioned in the previous question

Do you play only PC-games or do you also own (a) console(s) and which?
- At first I only played on consoles that my brother had which were all Nintendo, the N64,the Gamecube and Wii, however when the Wii later died and now we have now gotten ourselves a PS3
When we got a new computer in our house I started PC-gaming with SW: Republic Commando.
Mostly nowadays I play on the PC but the currently playing InFamous on the PS3

- The first game I bought by myself alone was KOTOR when I was 11-years old a decision I have never
Which was the first video game you bought yourself?regretted later in my life

Which was the last one?
- Crysis 2 bought it on launch day and finished the SP than 2 days later, it was worth the money I spent

Which was the first video game you have ever played?
- The original Roller Coaster Tycoon, I would have been about eight years old at the time.

Was it a video game that brought you into gaming or did it need a another game?
- Both Roller Coaster Tycoon, and Half-Life are what really got me into computer games.

Was there anybody who influenced you? (A brother or sister, uncle, friend, whoever, who brought you into gaming?
- My father was a PC hardware enthusiast, PC gaming was one of his core hobbies.

Do you play only PC-games or do you also own (a) console(s) and which?
- I'm mostly a PC gamer, I've been building my own rigs for most of my life.
That said, emulation/friends turned me onto console gaming. My father didn't much care for it, so I ended up paying for all my own consoles and console games. To date I've owned the following: Nintendo 64, Gamecube, Playstation 2, Xbox 360, Wii, Playstation 3

Which was the first video game you bought yourself?
-Star Wars Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II

Which was the last one?
- Portal 2

Which was the first video game you have ever played?

The first game I played was Alien Trilogy on Sega Saturn. The first game I owned was Oddworld: Abe's Exoddus on PS1.
(And then I got Alien Trilogy on PS1 not long after. Woo!)

Was it a video game that brought you into gaming or did it need a another game?

I honestly can't remember. But I remember that I kept playing more and more games and after a little while I spent pretty much all my time gaming. I think Final Fantasy VIII had a lot to do with it though.

Was there anybody who influenced you? (A brother or sister, uncle, friend, whoever, who brought you into gaming)

Juust me.

Do you play only PC-games or do you also own (a) console(s)or handhelds and which?

I don't get people who only play PC games/games on one console/handheld out of choice. A game's a game, there's no need to be a fanboy about a certain platform. But I have a PS1, a PS2, an Xbox, an Xbox 360, a Nintendo DS and a PC, and I play all of them. And I'm getting a PS3 soon.
Well, I don't really play my DS or original Xbox anymore but yeah.

Which was the first video game you bought yourself?

Oh god, I have no idea. If you mean with my own money (all of my games as a kid were presents) I seriously can't remember. Unreal Championship 2 maybe?

Which was the last one?

That was a shitload of games at once, and I'm going to list them all because I'm a good boy. Left 4 Dead, Unreal Tournament 3, Saint's Row, Crackdown, Halo Wars, Red Dead Redemption, Alan Wake, Prince of Persia and Kingdom Under Fire: Circles of Doom, all on Xbox 360.

Which was the first video game you have ever played?

I really couldn't say. My gut tells me it was probably Pacman or Karateka though. Shit, anyone remember that game? I remember thinking there was no way it could possibly get any cooler.

Was it a video game that brought you into gaming or did it need a another game?

No, I don't think so. I was a kid and all the shiny colors must have drawn me in.

Was there anybody who influenced you? (A brother or sister, uncle, friend, whoever, who brought you into gaming)

This is hard to say. It might be correct to credit an old friend who had an Apple II around the house. Or maybe it was just when my parents bought me an Atari. A lot of years have passed between now and then.

Do you play only PC-games or do you also own (a) console(s) and which?

Sure. All the time. I consider myself primarily a PC gamer but I own a PS3 as well. I don't discriminate. Good games are good games.

Which was the first video game you bought yourself?

This I DO remember. It was Wizards and Warriors. I bought it at Radio Shack for some 60ish dollars. People complain about how much games cost these days but when you factor in inflation it's cheaper now than yesteryears.

Which was the last one?

LA Noire if I recall properly. Though one could make a case for it being Minecraft as well. Though I "bought" it with TF2 items.

First game I ever played:

Pokemon Red and I still own it to this day. Since I enjoyed watching the Pokemon anime I already knew every Pokemon

Was it a video game that brought you into gaming or did it need a another game?

Nope

Was there anybody who influenced you? (A brother or sister, uncle, friend, whoever, who brought you into gaming)

My mum and dad who bought me a GBC with Pokemon

Do you only play PC games or do you also own (a) console(s) and which?

Although I am an avid PC gamer since most games now are released on PS3, 360 and sometimes Wii are ported to PC but I do own a PS3 on the side to play the exclusives. But in my PC I have about 50-60 games plus the ones I bought on steam. I also own a used Dreamcast.

Which was the first video game you bought yourself?

Metal Gear Solid 2. Mind you I live in a country where they just ask you if your parents said it's ok for you to buy that game. Guess they didn't want to lose a sale. I think I was 7-8 when I bought it. I kinda got the plot but I'm going off topic here.

Which was the last one?

Dead or Alive 2 for my Dreamcast. AWWW YEAH!

Which was the first video game you have ever played?
I honestly can't remember. It was on the Commodore 64. Loderunner or the like probably.

Was it a video game that brought you into gaming or did it need a another game?
I dunno what game brought me into gaming; I just always liked playing them. Of course I didn't classify myself as a gamer until my late teens. Let's go with Doom, the Aliens version. It's the one I remember most.

Was there anybody who influenced you? (A brother or sister, uncle, friend, whoever, who brought you into gaming)
My big brother definitely. He was the one with the PC =P

Do you play only PC-games or do you also own (a) console(s) and which?
I play mostly PC games, but that's because I have a hard time sitting by myself playing console games; I'm so used to having my friend there to banter with and I don't live with her any more. I own a PS2 Slim - with a chip that doesn't work - and a Wii - which was an xmas present. I'd love a current gen but I'm poor and it seems silly now that new ones are about to come out.

Which was the first video game you bought yourself?
I honestly can't remember. Maybe Zelda: Ocarina of Time for the Nintendo 64.

Which was the last one?
Civilization 4 with addons on Steam. What? It was only 6 euro, no matter I already owned the base game... >.> [sub][sub][sub][sub]Damn Steam and their daily sales![/sub][/sub][/sub][/sub]

Which was the first video game you have ever played?

Age of Empires II on a Windows Me, when I was about 6 or 7

Was it a video game that brought you into gaming or did it need a another game?

It was the only video game I played for 6 to 7 years, so I guess it was. Can't really remember.

Was there anybody who influenced you? (A brother or sister, uncle, friend, whoever, who brought you into gaming)?

For a while, just me, but my uncle got me PoP:Sands of Time, and I think that did influence me.

Do you play only PC-games or do you also own (a) console(s) and which?

PC only, mainly because I can't be stuffed getting a console.

Which was the first video game you bought yourself?

Portal, off Steam

Which was the last one?

Dawn of War II Chaos Rising. I still haven't finished it.

Which was the first video game you have ever played?
i think mario kart; oddly enough, i dont really like racing games.

Was it a video game that brought you into gaming or did it need another game?
strangely enough, i got into gaming screwing around with sierra adventure games and rts's on my parents computer. i didnt even know what i was doing, but i was having fun.

Was there anybody who influenced you? (A brother or sister, uncle, friend, whoever, who brought you into gaming)
i played both the snes and computer games more than my parents who freakin bought them for themselves; everyone around me played games as an afterthought, or like my father were hipsters that blew money on consoles and games just to show they had them. if anything, everyone around me discouraged me from gaming.

Do you play only PC-games or do you also own (a) console(s) and which?
i have a PC which needs serious upgrading before i can start playing on it again (medium settings give me lag), a 360, and a wii thats collected dust since i finished with smash bros brawl.

Which was the first video game you bought yourself?
lol...conkers bad fur day. i supplied the money and my father was there to provide 'permission' i guess. technically, smash bros melee was the 1st game i bought completely by myself.

Which was the last one?
mortal kombat

I have not been gaming very long as I am only 17

Which was the first video game you have ever played?
Riven or age of empire, maybe it was crash bandicoot.

Was it a video game that brought you into gaming or did it need a another game?
Abes oddessay was a big game for me when I played it. then I would say burnout takedown (I did not get a PS2 until 2005 though) and a array of other games but I know I might get burned for this but I played halo 1 on pc in 2006 for the first time and I loved it, that was the thing that made me really interested. Ironically before I had played it I used to bag it out. Nowdays I have played a range of different games like portal 1 and 2, mirror edge, all the halo's, cod4 and onwards, bioshock 1 and 2, mass effect 1 and 2, dead space 1 and 2, bulletstorm, BFME2,CAC3, need for speed most wanted and the list goes on and on. I should mention I buy and play games for the campaign and story not for multiplayer (with the exception of BFME2 and CAC3) I like co-op but I find multiplayer gets boring after about 30min, usually 1 hour tops.

Was there anybody who influenced you? (A brother or sister, uncle, friend, whoever, who brought you into gaming)
not really. my brothers introduced me to lan battles of age of empires 1 wich was awesome at the time.

Do you play only PC-games or do you also own (a) console(s) and which?
I play both PC games and 360 games. I try to keep an open mind when approaching new games. I prefer PC because of 60FPS with most games and with laptops you can chuck them in a backpack (also games seem to last longer on PC than on console waiting 10 years for an emulator to come out) however console have split screen and are usually cheaper. so they both have there ups and downs

Which was the first video game you bought yourself?
can not remember but I think it was burnout takedown or BFME1

Which was the last one?
portal 2, great game I would recommend to anyone (but play the first one first. it is very short and cheap anyway)

Which was the first video game you have ever played?
The first game I remember playing is the Original Dragon Warrior on the NES, it took me a week to realize it was a top down view. That game helped me learn how to read and I beat it a year later at level 99 with the best items in game. I still have fond memories of that game and can beat it easy with out any guides for anything. It also started my love affair with the written word and gave me a good example for when people say video games are useless. One helped me learn to read after all.

Was it a video game that brought you into gaming or did it need a another game?
It was that game, it didn't take really anything else.

Was there anybody who influenced you? (A brother or sister, uncle, friend, whoever, who brought you into gaming)

No I was the only person in my family to ever really like video games.

Do you play only PC-games or do you also own (a) console(s)or handhelds and which?
I started out on the NES but these days I only own a PC.

Which was the first video game you bought yourself?
I don't remember the video games but it was terrible and the packaging out right lied about the game

Which was the last one?
The Witcher 2

Which was the first video game you have ever played?
Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers, I loved that game as a child.

Was it a video game that brought you into gaming or did it need a another game?
Yup, the video game Quake 2 was the first to show me the true meaning of gaming then followed by Heroes of Might and Magic 3, Quake 3 and Starcraft. Playing all this games for hours and hours at Long Nights at the local PC caffe are one of the best moments of my childhood, I also made tons of friends because of gaming.

Was there anybody who influenced you? (A brother or sister, uncle, friend, whoever, who brought you into gaming)
At first nobody influenced me, had to find them all by myself. Later on a cousin made me realize gaming is an amazing hobby to have.

Do you play only PC-games or do you also own (a) console(s) and which?
I personally own only a PC but I often go to a friend to play Super Street Fighter 4 on his PS3, matter of facts I will be doing just that after I finish this post. :p

Which was the first video game you bought yourself?
The first game I bought with my own money was Counter-Strike 1.6, but before that I was getting a lot of games from my cousin as gifts. If it wasn't for him I don't know if my passion for gaming would have lasted this long.

Which was the last one?
Witcher 2 is the latest game I've bought. No regrets whatsoever, even though the game has lots of problems the developers at least doesn't treats us like wallets.

Which was the first video game you have ever played?
The first one I can vividly remember would probably have to be Super Mario Bros. 3.

Was it a video game that brought you into gaming or did it need a another game?
Well, SMB3 was amazing, but I truly started gaming when I got my N64 for Christmas of '96. I played Super Smash Bros., Super Mario 64, and a bit of Goldeneye with my dad.

Was there anybody who influenced you? (A brother or sister, uncle, friend, whoever, who brought you into gaming)
Yeah. My dad was my biggest gaming influence at the time.

Do you play only PC-games or do you also own (a) console(s) and which?
I do play PC games, but I also have...let's see:
Nintendo: NES, SNES, N64, GameCube, Wii, GBA, DSi
Sega: Genesis, Saturn, Dreamcast, Game Gear, Nomad
Sony: PS1, PS2, PS3, PSP

Hey, I'm perfectly fine with consoles-only-players.
Even though I have some PC games, I actually prefer console-games to PC-games, too.

It's just a question, no judgment :)

Which was the first video game you have ever played?
Some variant of Pong, with a light gun... wasn't Atari, one of the other knock-off brands (yes, I'm old)

Was it a video game that brought you into gaming or did it need a another game?
Atari 2600 really got me hooked on gaming in general... I could play Asteroids for literally hours on end. Later moved to the Apple II computers, which is when I really got serious about gaming... old SSI RPG and Strategy games were awesome.

Was there anybody who influenced you? (A brother or sister, uncle, friend, whoever, who brought you into gaming)
No, as the oldest of 4 kids I did most of the influencing.

Do you play only PC-games or do you also own (a) console(s) and which?
I am primarily a PC gamer, but I have a PS3, mostly for Rock Band and a few other console exclusives.

Was it a video game that brought you into gaming or did it need a another game?
What really got me into gaming is that my older sister broke the disc drive of our commadore 64, So me and my mom got a programming magazine and would program in games. It sounds boring but the excitement was in just getting them to work.
