A while ago now I remember someone talking about analog sticks and how we ever gamed before them and it got me thinking, now I'm just old enough to have played games on the older gen consoles, Sega Saturn, Megadrive things like that and I spent a large amount of my time playing them and destroying my thumbs now when the PS1 came out a game called Ape Escape was released, the first game to use the dual shock controller I remember sitting there trying to play this game and being very bad at it.
I was extremly confused by how analog sticks function and it took me around 3 days of constant playing to get good at it by around the mid point of the game I was shocked by how easy the sticks were to use and how they were so much more fluid than the buttons.
So, my first game that used analog sticks was Ape Escape and I had great fun playing that game. What was the first game that you used analog sticks with?
