I didn't own that many systems through my somewhat short life so here it is:

NES - Super mario/duck hunt/tanks?/space invaders
PSone - Crash team racing/Tony hawks pro skater 2/Ronaldo football/Colin Mcrae rally 2/Tekken 3 and a bunch of others since i bought it used and got some free games with it.
PC - Half life with all of it's most pupular mods at the time.

PSOne: Spyro 2: Gateway To Glimmer - Still one of my favorite games of all time. Didn't even have a memory card for the first few weeks, didn't care.
PS2: Spyro: Enter The Dragonfly - I thought lightning would strike twice, I was wrong, dead wrong (I actually bought this turd before I even had the console).
PS3: Motorstorm and Resistance - The came bundled with the console, they were fun.
X360: Lost Odyssey - Bought it for the JRPGs and this one didn't disappoint, a petty the console isn't really good for anything else.
Wii: Xenoblade Chronicles - Same as above, I also bought Pandora's Tower and The Last Story later on.
PC: Uhm... Tank Racer? Wizardy 8, maybe?

Coleco-Vision: Poker/Blackjack
NES: Duck Hunt and Gyromite came with the system, picked up Top Gun the same day
Game Boy: Tetris
SNES: Super Mario World came with the system, got Final Fight and Final Fantasy II same day
PC: X-Wing
Playstation: Final Fantasy 7 and Tomb Raider
Playstation 2: Star Wars Starfighter
Game Boy Advance: Dragonball Z: The Legacy of Goku
PSP: Japanese Tenchu game that I couldn't get very far in because I couldn't understand the mission objectives
Playstation 3: Resistance Fall of Man
Wii: Zelda Twilight Princess
Playstation Vita: Call of Duty Classified Ops came with the system, but I count Assassin's Creed Liberation as my first game for it.
