C64: Creatures
Amiga: can't remember... so many good games. probably Cannon Fodder?
Pentium 2 PC: Tomb Raider
Pentium 3 PC: Max Payne
Pentium 4 PC: Unreal Tournament 2003
Core2Duo PC: World of Warcraft
Steam: Chivalry: Medieval Warfare
DS: Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow
Wii: The Last Story (not counting the games I played on my friend's Wii, it would be No More Heroes otherwise)
3DS: Legend of Zelda: A Link between worlds
Wii U: This is difficult... Bought the Wind Waker bundle and Mario Kart 8 + downloaded Wonderful 101 as the free game. The first game i tried is Mario Kart 8 though.

Let's give this a go I suppose.

NES: Super Mario Bros/Duck Hunt (retro buy)
SNES: Super Mario All Stars (retro buy)
N64: Donkey Kong 64 (retro buy)
Gamecube: Pokemon Colosseum
Wii: Twilight Princess (not including wii sport)

Master System: Alex Kidd in Miracle World
Sega Megadrive(UK FTW!): Sonic The Hedgehog 2
Sega CD: Sonic CD (retro buy)
Sega Saturn: Croc Legend of the Gobbos (retro buy)
Sega Dreamcast: Sonic Adventure (retro buy)

Playstation: Crash Bandicoot
Playstation 2: Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers
Playstation 3: Uncharted Drake's Fortune

Xbox: Halo Combat Evolved
Xbox 360: N3 ninety nine nights

gameboy: Super Mario Land
gameboy colour: Robot Wars (retro buy)
gameboy advanced: Pokemon Ruby
Nintendo DS: Splinter Cell Chaos Theory
Nintendo 3DS: Shinobi

Sega Gamegear: Space Harrier (retro buy)

I put retro buy on anything that I bought years after it came out as part of my collection as opposed to something I bought near to release because it was current gen and I wanted one. I think I actually have a quite varied list here, diffirent genres for the most part but as expected there is a lot of platformers.

I'll not list the boxed-in games just to be different for each console:

NES - Ghosts n' Goblins (got it the same Christmas as well as Super Mario Bros., Metroid and Kid Icarus)

PC - hmmm... I'm going with King's Quest IV because its the first game I remember the name of that I got, but I had a lot of crapware.

Gameboy - Super Mario Land (loved the music for that game)
Genesis - Streets of Rage 2 (bad-freakin-ass music and game)
Gameboy Color - I don't remember, but I had one.
N64 - Shadows of the Empire (because Hoth, 'nuff said)
Dreamcast - Shenmue (the only reason I bought the system at launch)
Playstation 2 - The Bouncer (and I loved the game)
Gamecube - LoZ - Windwaker
XBOX - Ninja Gaiden
360 - Nighty-Nine Nights (oh my did I return that game instantly)
Wii - Twilight Princess
PS3 - InFamous
NDS - Castlevania - Dawn of Sorrow
PSP - FF7 - Crisis Core
Vita - Assassin's Creed: Liberation
PS4 - MGSV: Ground Zeroes
XB1 - Dead Rising 3

I never owned an SNES until recently but played a lot of games at a friend's house, returned the Saturn because it was crap, only played PS1 games at a friend's house or on my PS2, I owned a CDi but can't remember if I ever played it before I returned it... wish I'd kept it because I may have had the Zelda games for it.
