Dunno the name, but you shot paratroopers from ground defese turrets. It was an Atari 5200 game.
I can find no information on a 5200 game that played like that, but there was a 2600 game called Commando Raid [http://www.atariage.com/software_page.html?SoftwareLabelID=98] that had that style of gameplay.
That's it. That's probably why I never found any info for it; I thought it was for 5200, which is what we had. That was nearly 22 years ago now.

I can't remember correctly but it was either Pacman or Space Invaders on the PC...
Wow, was that really so long ago?

You people make me feel so old. mine was the Commander Keen trilogy. At the time, it was the hot new thing. *sigh*
I spent days at a time playing that thing, now I feel old.

First one I owned was Mickey's Wild Adventure for PS1. I remember it being really, really hard, and also quite fun.

IIRC, BurgerTime. That, or some whitewater rafting game I would sneak to play on my big brother's Commodore 64 when he wasn't home. I was really little, so I don't remember the name.
