Magicarp... no really it was magicarp.

It took forever but it was funny having a useless level 100 magicarp.
Ahhhh. So much wasted time, and no I didn't let it evolve into Gyrados.

Mewtwo, back in Pokemon Blue. I taught it thunder and blizzard. It could walk through the Elite Four all by itself.

No. I never got one to level 100, never even got one past 70.

I never saw the point, and it always seemed like a whole lot of time to dedicate to something that doesn't really help much.

Blaziken. After a year of not playing Sapphire, I found out I had a level 99 Blaziken and just Elite Foured him

Charizard in Pokemon Red, I was a kid so grinding didn't really strike me as tedious.

Typhlosion!
Same here. It was either Typhlosion or Ho-oh. I don't remember. All I remember is leveling up Typhlosion to level 60 in the grass outside of Goldenrod City because I didn't know how to get past the Sudowoodo. Looking back, I have no idea how I had that much patience (it was before I could look up what to do on the internet...).

Then, I leveled up Ho-oh in the grass outside of Silver Cave (where you fight Ash/Red) to level 100. I don't know which one I got to 100 first though.

And now I've successfully revealed my life story.

Zapdos back on Pokemon Blue. I distinctly remember the moment too.
I was in 4th grade on a charter bus to God knows where...

Though i have over 160 hours on Pearl and SoulSivler and probably 100's of more hours on the other games i've never actually got a Pokemon to lvl 100. The only time i've had a Pokemon at 100 was when my uncle(only a few years older than me) out grew pokemon(yea how can anyone) and gave me his Red Version which had several 100's on it.

Mewtwo but that was in a trade.

The first Legit Pokemon was probably Manectric or Hariyama or Glalie. One of the members of my Final team from Ruby. It wasn't until the third generation that I really began to play competitively.

Since then I've raised over two dozen to the triple digits.

1-6:
charizard
blastboise
venasaur
alakazam
scizor
tyranitar
I trained 'em back in fire red and traded 'em to the newer games. I think they're on soulsilver now. Plus, I started playing around the time ruby and sapphire came out, so I didn't bother with the older games as I knew I couldn't trade to gen 3.

I usually level my starter up to level 100, haven't done it to all of them though. First was Charizard (red), then Sceptile(Sapphire), then Blazikin(Second play through), then Dragonite (FireRed), Blastiose, Charizard (second play through) Infernape(Diamond), Dragonite, Luxray, Empoleon(second play through). That's about it. I'm working on getting Typhlosion and Dragonite to level 100, both in their 70's right now, in HeartGold. Yeah... I like Pokemon...
