You spelled 'Thread' and 'Forum' wrong (there are alot of grammar-nazi's on here)

I think it was something about rude people, died off pretty fast.

Either way welcome to the site.

My first thread was about me needing help with a dude who would put his arms between us whenever I would kiss him (even though we'd already done other nasties together before).
I got all the help I needed and I was mighty appreciative :) Was interesting and nice to see how people of the internet actually care about stupid crap that I write!

My first (and indeed only) thread was to poll how many posts it took Escapists from first posting on the forums to creating a thread of their own. Interesting, then, that you make a thread with your very first post.

Welcome to the Escapist, btw.

I would go edit those errors out now. Or youll be hearing from the less... agreeable grammar nazis on the site.

OT:
First thread...

Back during the start of the gaming industry versus the state of California I asked the forum what thier first 18+ game was.

OK seriously dude, I won't harass you about it but it's your first post, you'd think you could at least give it a second look to make sure it was spelt correctly.

OT: I've never started a thread, I'm way too much of a coward; I'd spend hours thinking about and crafting it, and when I finished, no-one would post in it, and I'd be crushed under the overwhelming weight of my own inevitably high expectations.

I posted a video not long ago which I hope someone watched 'cos I thought it was interesting; I wouldn't know 'cos no one replied to it =P *shrugs* I think that'll be my one and only attempt at starting a thread. Heck, I really shouldn't be posting at all, I have a habit of unintentionally killing threads sometimes. I rather people ignore me than becoming a... a... thread murderer! D=

EDIT: And welcome to the Escapist btw =)

Mine linked an article about a young girl in India being married to a dog in order to prevent attacks on their village by tigers... I then sparked a discussion questioning the value of superstitious belief particularly amongst sportsmen... It was quite a good thread.

I believe the title of my first thread was "If you were allowed one fictional character to be friends with in a zombie apocalypse..."

It got up to 4 pages of replies. Which I found pretty exciting for a first thread. Even though it is a topic that gets done quite alot.

Mine was... Did you ever hate a game and then come back to it and like it?

Or something like that. It was also my first post. Can't remember how long it lasted, probably two pages.
