When I first joined, I wanted to be part of the super-cool reviewers with the long-running series' you find in the User Reviews section.

My review was of Star Wars: Empire at War.

Took me hours to create and format.

Not a single post and only 7 people looked it.

Can you give me a link for that? I want to read how other people view Empire at War.

I think it was called "Simple steps to losing sanity" or something like that. It got around 5 pages of replies, my two thread badges, and gave me many early posts in "the beginning".

Don't evan think im going to get two pages at this rate.
Not that im that bothered.

Don't be so bothered, In over a year I am only now approaching 2000 posts. And I stopped caring about threads, with my recent ones I would often not check them for ages I just post on what I want to, the Escapist isn't about achieving, it is about discussion and entertainment.

Although if you do intend to do well and stay on the mods good side, then NEVER lose your cool or level an insult at another poster. You can read and delete what you type, so you have an advantage here compared to Real life. I have done it a few times and survived, but I didn't like it and when I read my posts in a better mood realised I was an idiot

And don't go to the basement. Ever. It will eat you and corrupt your soul.

Basement? Im confused. Whats the basement? To my knowledge the internet dosent have a basement.....I think.
