Random Arenas on Guild Wars.
For those that don't know, it puts you in a team with 3 other randomly selected players, and you have to fight other teams.

I always... Always get at least one colossal retard on my team. Also, no matter what, if I get 2 wins in a row, the next team I face will definitely be a perfectly balanced team that is next to impossible to beat.

They give you a quest where you have to get 3 wins in Random Arenas.

At around 2 and a half minutes per match, you wouldn't expect it to take very long.

45 minutes. For 3 wins. WTF

Except, the Council still thinks you are mentally unstable for believing in the Reaper threat after Saren and the Geth. Every debriefing would follow as much:

"Oh yes, the *finger waggling* "Reapers" *finger waggling*. Ah, you have "evidence", do you? Massive derelict Reaper in space, Collectors harvesting humans en masse? Commander Shepard, stop snorting Red Sand en masse, please."

Yeah, that'd go over so well for unique dialogue options..
Well at least then I have semi-decent reason for working with Cerberus. Instead of simply forcing you into their service and not letting you do anything about it, they should have let you run off, try to get the council on your side, get rejected, then grudgingly go back to TIM. It would have made it feel more natural instead of forced.

And besides, there's always the fact that I may have killed the council and put Anderson in charge. And since he's the only one who seems to believe me, I think he'd be willing to help.
You also forget that the whole "Shepard is discredited as a (dead) loonie and nobody remembers the Reaper threat anymore" is also a forced and unconvincing method of making you work for Cerberus.

ME2 generally dropped the ball on the main-story missions. Fantastic game, fantastic writing, terrible story. The whole collector/cerberus thing is pure hack garbage.

CoD MW 2 multi player: as soon as you join someone snipes you, then when you re spawn an air strike hits and then you re spawn into that air strike or into a predator missile.

Also I just bought the Penumbra trilogy from the store, and in the first level, when I was skulking around and a big dog thing patrolled through some caves so I avoided this and opened a door. After opening aforementioned door I pulled a massive barrel in front of it so it wouldn't get in, after doing this the game then goes and tells me to move something in front of the door after I already did. I was about to turn around but the dog the goes and breaks open the door and some how gets in, "okay fine I'll hide and wait for him to leave." i say to myself, but he didn't leave so I tried to move around him when he sees me and comes to attack me, I bash him in the head with a hammer TWICE and he just gets up and bites my face off.

Assassin's Creed. I just successfully pickpocketed a mark while he was watching. I went "Oh come one! He saw me do that!". Well, more intel for me! :D

New Vegas, and fucking Cazadors.

I despise them more than Deathclaws, which I can easily take down in this game. Cazadors are just a fucking annoyance, I don't go anywhere near mountains in New Vegas now.
What's your secret? I can hardly touch those Deathclaws. Cazadors are a piece of cake though.

EDIT: Yeah, my moment was same as this guy except it was taking down death claws, specificly the alpha and mother death claws. It took forever.
Raul and Rex. And the unique Rocket Launcher Annabelle is also good.

The Deathclaws go after all three of us, and since my companions don't die I just spam rockets and mines.

Cazadors usually swarm and rape me, or poison me. I fear those fuckers. Nothing seems to work well against them.
Cazadors arent too bad... I have Ed-E and Boone with me. Ill usually use a hunting rifle or sniper rifle to pick one or 2 off before they close in ( plus boone will usually follow up with another kill ) but when they get in close I switch to the 10mm sub machine gun go into VATS and drop them fast...my gun skill is at 75. I rarely take any damage/or get poisoned.
So, I guess explosives is the way to go on those deathclaws? I usually try to lure them out 1 or 2 at a time (much easier to kill ) by sniping their heads then switching to a high powered shotgun to finish them off, but quarry junction...yeesh still cant conquer it
Easy enough. Just take your suppressed sniper rifle to the top of one of the loading ramps and scope in manually from extreme range. Mine the bottom of the ramp if you're scared. They never even came near me. Though it took 20 some AP shots to the head to kill the Mother.

Those jumpy little Cazadors suck though. Always killing my team and I think the poison is stronger than the effect claims. >.>
I'll give that a try. The poison is strong i think it takes a minimum of 50pts off you every 5 seconds

In Assassin's Creed(and 2 and Brotherhood) challenges where you aren't allowed to be detected, and I nutralize a guard with a throwing knife. Even though he wasn't even looking at me, this attack instantly alerts the guard to full red before he dies, thereby making me desynch.
This drove me NUTS in Brotherhood. There were far too many stupid insta-fail missions, to the point that I actually stopped having fun with the game for an entire 3-4 hour period.

And don't start me on trying to get 100% sync on them...

Fallout new vegas has many of these moments.. Most of them originating in the fact that the game freezes every 5 minutes and you have to reload.. so you have to do it all over again..

No wonder the game lasts long, you have to do everything twice..
Sadly, its more like 30-40 times...the glitching has gotten so bad I cant enter the North Gate to Vegas anymore...I have to take the train everytime to get back in. Every time I enter the north gate...it loads up to a black screen and i cant do anything....thinking I may start over from scratch and wipe out all my work ( lvl 24 ) and all my save data

I don't remember the first Bioshock to be this hard.
Those protect the sister parts were just badly designed, especially later in the game.

There was no skill involved, it was such a clusterfuck of frame-rate dropping pandemonium that you just had to keep runnning around blasting and hoping for the best.

The rest of the game was fun though.

Zelda: The Wind Waker.

After (not sure, it's been a while) getting the Master Sword, you have to then find 8 triforce pieces. This is about 15 hours in and after quite a number of other scavenger hunts. Luckily, I was playing on an emulator, so I could just add an action replay code to skip it.
I told the game to go fuck itself at that point and never finished it.

Saints row 2
Ronin's missions.
I had to chase and destroy 4 motorbikes sitting on a bike with poor handling while the enemy was glued to the road.
In first try I tried my best to keep up but when I saw that two more bikers joined I raged and jumped into water.
Second try,I bailed out of my bike and hopped in a sports car.Followed them right to the end and only one remained.I was about to shoot that fucker down when the game decided to make lamposts and people indestructible.Needless to say,I failed horribly.
Third try,I was in a shitty ethel chasing them.
They had reached the bridge when magically one of them exploded making everyone dead.
I did the owned dance.
That mission was annoying as hell. It really didn't help that, on the PC, whenever I drove over a certain speed the game immediately went down to one frame every two seconds. I eventually completed the mission when the game glitched and spawned me about half way along his route. I just stood there with a rocket launcher and that was the end of it.

Rockstar are fucking awful when it comes to this kind of shit.

They have had notoriously awful flying missions in a few of the GTAs, why they chose to include another is beyond me.

The mission you speak of caused me to delete the DLC from my hard drive and never touch it again. I thought 'if the third mission is this frustrating then no fucking way am I playing the rest of them'.

And thier checkpoint system is the worst in gaming.

Im not sure that will help, cause the glitching and freezing gets worse the longer you play, i have reached lvl 30 some time ago, and it has only gotten worse and worse..
Before i had explored many places, and done loadsa stuff, the freezing and lagging was not so bad.. And i fear that you may delete all your progress for nothing cause it will most lightly just happen again..

Do you have it on ps3?

I got my ass handed to me by a lvl 3 cleric in DnD. Hit just kept crit'n. d20-d20-d20-d19-d20
At higher levels, that's not surprising (I'm assuming you're talking about DnD 3.5, if you were playing 4e with a homebrewed samurai class, ignore this). Using just stuff in the Player Handbook, clerics and druids can be the most crazy-overpowered classes in the game.

Sure, the books describe them as more support casters, but what do you think happens when they turn all those buffing spells on themselves (and their animal companion, in the druid's case)?

OT: The only thing I can think of that's made me think "for fuck's sake" lately has been in DoD:S where I'm blazing away at someone at short-range but they end up killing me while hardly taking a scratch. Mind you; I wouldn't be surprised if a few of those instances were just from my bad aim.
