My addiction is a strange one. I spend a lot of time on the computer.... keeping track of how much money I spend, how many calories I consume in a day, how much my weight has gone up/down, etc. I also make a shitload of to-do lists, but then somehow end up going through a day feeling like I've done a lot, only to find out that more than half of the items on my list still need to be taken care of.
