Paralysis. I hate moving slow, Im always walking fast. If I was unable to move any part of my body, I would be freaked out. It would be hell for me.

I'm sort of the same, I get a bit claustrophobic when I can't move

also I'm afraid of wasps, not a phobia but I stay super still when one is around me so they leave me alone
other than that I don't fear anything.

Actually, clowns really freak me out.

And spider webs... *shudder* especially if they are golden orb spider webs... because they are really strong and dont break straight away giving the spider longer to attach itself to you... and they are really big!!!! *major shudder*

Heights is my biggest thing. I work in a 19 story building and have to go on the roof occassionally. Yeah that helps..not..
Needles are the stuff of nightmares for me, but being stabbed by them ONLY. I have to have constant blood tests through out my life and that is no big deal. Injections, again no biggie. The thought of being stabbed by a hood with syringe, I will catch ya later.
Both by a "dirty" syringe and also injected with air, as this is fatal too.

It wouldnt go as far as being afraid of insects. But I have a rule stating that if it has more than 4 legs and is bigger than my thumb im not going anywhere near it. Mostly out of fear of getting bitten by it or something. Something that insects of those sizes tend to do.
