I use Sennheiser HD215 headphones.

They're amazing headphones. They're comftorable, give brilliant sound and can cut out other sound quite well. Also they only cost me about £50, so they weren't too expensive either. I use them whenever I'm listening to music on the move, at points when I'm on my laptop and I need to be quiet or when I'm drumming, as I don't like in-ear ones (they never fit my ears).

For playing and listening to music and long, long gaming sessions - Sony MDR XD200 headphones
For playing games and skype - Logitech ClearChat Premium (they are buggy to most people but work for me)

Tritton AXPRO. they are amazing 5.1 surround headphones, which is a huge help when playing MW2. they have an optical in for the highest sound quality, can be hooked up to every system, and are DAMN comfortable. your ears (even if they're big) will fit entirely inside the ear-cups, so the soft padding actually rests against your head rather than delicate ears. they have a built-in mic, an in-line volume control. they also have an excellent pass-through, so if someone is trying to tell you something you can mute them and won't need to take the headset off in order to hear them. they cost US $129 so they're a bit much for headphones, but for all you get i think they're worth it.

the only downside is the mic FEELS quality, it seems to be easily broken. sorry for the wall of text.
I really want these for Christmas, my parents checked EVERYWHERE online and not one store has them in stock and tits backordered 3 weeks or more on every site. Apparently the headset is a very popular gift item.

My parents said they would get the headset anyways, it will just be a couple weeks after christmas before i get it.

Got them for when I'm playing drums, by myself or with my band,
Why the hell would you play drums that loud?
Drums are usually very loud and I didn't want my ears to be damaged. I also got them because I wanted to be able to play along to music or have a metronome going while I play so I can learn to keep in time when playing songs.

Yeah, but why would you play them that loud?

I think it's the fact that I play in a pretty small room that makes them that loud.

Sorry if I have misinterpreted your question, it's 4am here in Adelaide and I'm not sure if I am thinking straight or not.

I picked up a 70 dollar pair of headphones at walmart quite a few years ago and they work great. I couldnt imagine using any other ones. I also have a pair with a microphone but I rarely use the headphone part.

Depends on what I'm using at that moment.
For my laptop, I got these white Sennheisers.
They're great. Not too stylish but great sound quality.

For my iPhone, I just use the headphones that were included. They're not too bad but they're easier to have around with you.

I use my DS earphones for my mp3 and DS (duh). They're actually pretty good.
My headphones have an antenna on the right side. I look like I'm trying to contact Martians.
