Congratulations! Thanks to a serious mixup at a law firm, you've been named as the sole heir to a world-class supervillian's fortune. However, his army of henchmen is *sooo* passe, it doesn't look like its had an upgrade since Octopussy. So, tell us all how you're going to outfit your goons? It could be practical, or just stylish! Or neither!

What kind of theme?
Modern/military? Sci-fi? Supernatural? Middle-ages/fantasy? Steampunk? In my personal case, I'm a sucker for the "20 minutes in the future" look, so here are my choices.

Outfit:

I've always loved Shadownet's dress sense, even if it doesn't make tactical sense for hiding in the dark. Even so, seeing in the dark is useful, so perhaps the mask combined with something a little better armoured.

Armament:

I love bullpups, and the Tavor-21 is a nice blend of futuristic and functional for my goons.

Other gear:

You may say a torch is a little redundant for soldiers with night-vision, BUT WAIT! These torches also shoot pepperballs, for nice less-lethal support.

Vehicles:

It looks nice and hefty, and painted a nice dark-blue/electric-blue camouflage pattern, they'd suit the theme I'm going for.

So, how do your henchman armies look?

All I'd want my henchmen to be is a massive flood of rats armed with forks.

Crimson Dragoons. Armed with Chinese Shockswords and Gauss rifles.

But thousands of them. All invisible, and all wearing Eulogy Jones' Hat.
They wouldn't really need to travel, but I suppose they'd use some kind of motorbike.

Seriously, Chinese Stealth Suit + Eulogy Jones Hat = Awesome.

"Alright lads, tuck your trousers into your socks, and lets blow this place sky high"

I don't think it'll work.

If the inverse Ninja Theory wasent so true id want Cyber Ninjas.

But ill go for a Army of former Bounty Hunters, all equipped with Powered Armor.
Like Samus and the other Hunters in the Metroid Series.

Sure the costs would dictate a smaller army.
But with even just a small Army of Badasses equipped with Beam Weapons, Multi Environment/Hazard Protection Armor, and the ability to Pick up equipment and incorporate it into their own suit as new Tech, i think ill be just fine.

Giant walking Nuclear missles

Why would I need Henchmen when I've got walking Nukes?

You don't seem to understand just how many rats I'm using.

I'm talking a couple hundred billion.

I wouldn't really use henchmen, I mean it's not like they'd stop people on their own right?

I'd use phase 2 clone trooper armour it looks so cool and has so many styles to it as well as being strong and reliable.

Gear
A sort of attachment which lets the headcrabs know whos ally (Me) and whos not and It is also armored so the headcrabs can take more bullets or anything

And to imnotparanoid if you eat the crabs they will release nurotoxin which causes your soldiers to become limp your going down if you attack me

What kind of theme?
Probably just a modern military kind of theme, perhaps with some "twenty minutes into the future" style additions.

Outfit:

Armament:
Primary weapon would be the H&K G36 assault rifle.

Primary sidearm would be the H&K USP, chambered in .45.

Soldiers would also be issued a KA-BAR style combat knife.

Other Gear: Would be issued as necessary.

Vehicles: Mostly modern US equipment, such as:

Also, something similar to the Scorpion VTOL Gunships from Avatar:

Class 1 Cyborg Agents should form the backbone of any Syndicate worth it's salt.

(Yes I know it's a T101, but you try finding decent pictures of Syndicate agents!)
