Chilling with God, playing some TF2 or Mario Kart. Something along those lines.

Funny thing, the Bible doesn't really mention a immediate afterlife ( At least, I haven't picked out anything that says so.)

In any case, I suppose I'll burn that bridge after I cross it.

Well personally, I hope I get to go to Valhalla
Valhalla? Damnit, I totally forgot about that place. That and Helheim. But Helheim sucks,Valhalla sounds fun though. Infinite years of mead and combat, for the low low price of dying painfully in battle!
And Wenches. Don't forget the Wenches.
Lots and lots of wenches, haha. Yeah, Valhalla seems like a nice place, but wouldn't you want to take over as God in your own personal universe? I mean, that's a nice thought.
Where do the wenches come from? Were they warriors who made it to Valhalla, do pretty women get a free trip, or are they pseudo-wenches created by the realm?
All Three I think.

I'll chill with His Noodliness, sipping beer from the beer volcanoes, while ordering strippers from the local stripper factory.

I'm surprised no one has said Mount Olympus yet. Because that would be the shit.

Great, cool mountainous vista with the sunny Mediterranean breezes coming in from the Aegean. Zeus throwing mad pimpin' parties day in and day out. A big and fun extended family.

Or Valhalla, I could go for that. Drinking, sleeping and fucking for the day, and dying in glorious combat at night. Rinse and repeat for infinity. How could no one get behind that.

Valhalla sounds cool, but I have a scientific view on the afterlife.

The energy that you inhabited leaves you when you die because you cannot destroy energy, and when it enters another creature (I know that it is near impossible for a new being to gain all of your dispersed energy) it will have some of your emotions or brainwaves or whatever immprinted on it from when you died. You disperse energy throughout your life though, so really your soul is everything in my opinion, which is why I think the Hindu idea of God being everything at once is closer to the truth that the Christian God.

Also that makes me think, are the sudden urges to eat sweats from a random fat person who just saw a cake and thought really hard about it? Because a powerful brainwave would definitely do something to energy...

Edit:Alternatively if I died and gained complete and utter control of an alternate dimension that had no current form, that would be epic. Essentially a build your Heaven type deal.

How about 72 virgins? Like, really...why not?

What the hell is one supposed to do with that? 72 virgins. Man, there are some loony people out there to have come up with that.

Nothingness, just nothingness. Wow, now I'm depressed. I've got to stop commenting in these afterlife threads. But yeah, I don't think there's anything. Just nothing. Absolutely nothing.
Our thoughts are simply a series of firing nerves in our brains, so when our bodies stop functioning that is the end of all we consider to be ourselves, but the experience after that, the "after life", can not simply be described as nothing. It can not be described as an experience. We just stop existing. It is impossible to imagine because we have never not experienced it. It would be like imagining what a tree sees. It does not see black, as we do when we close our eyes, it just does not see.
The word afterlife itself seems contradictory because although it means life after death it clearly says "after life" which itself suggests that life has ended. The experience that is life ending.
Still, in a way I think we are able to continue to live through the influences from our lives. Humanity as a whole is able to experience more than you alone ever will so by creating something you believe accurately represents the whole of your existence, something that can be shared with the world after you are dead, everyone who experiences that creation shares that idea of your core existence.

I am a pastafarian on the side as well. His Noodliness may not be pleased with my last post.

I think there's only oblivion.
And if you find that depressing, it's your own fault.
It's actually quite beautiful, for it grants our lives meaning instead of our deaths.

I think that there might be a god, (not THE god, but something) but no heaven or hell. The Gate has no Garden.

:/ why does every one who talks about religion in this forum an atheist(well not all but most) ive got nothing against atheists but its just wierd

i think you go to a big house with infinite rooms each as big as an other mansion and the people living there are all your family living and dead al your friends living and dead and to be fair all your friends family living and dead plus you can go out side and meet new people by going to neiboring houses plus your room ( wich is alwase the first door) has all the thing you would ever want

I have no religious sections to back up that idea im just atached to that idea

another thing is i dont believe in a eternal hell since i think its imposible to do some thing so bad that that you diserve to suffer for eternity i think its a prison with no life sentences

Well, read my post again and think about it.
The lack of an afterlife is nothing bad per se.
