I have been cooking for the past 15 years, I enjoy it a lot. Ultimatly though, I would like to run my own pizza shop where all of my hard work, exceptional skills, and grueling work hours fills my own pocket instead of some corporation's or executive's who's only job is to look at the numbers every night.
