I like the idea of a mmporpg where its completely player ran one, like where they can build banks, shops, walls, houses, ect.
Never heard of second life? or did you mean that as well as the usual action MMO combat elements?

All i really want out of an MMO is and interesting world/worlds to explore. Most MMOs are so dull, you cover so much land getting from one place to another for some quest, and i have very rarely thought "oooh, that looks interesting, i think i'll go and explore over there for a while!"
I remember seeing some screenies for the blue mars MMO and thinking that it looks like the kind of place i would love to explore!
Its partly a graphics issue i guess, not to be shallow, but a lot of the well known MMOs are pretty dated these days. I did a 14 day trial for Star Wars Galaxies a few months back to see if i hated the NGE any less then when i ragequit because of it (i didnt hate it any less, lol) and it looks awful.
Im hopeful for the next generation of MMOs, as the MMO genre is still in its infancy, and i think they are only gonna get more immersive and more interesting.

Roll on The Old Republic! (yeah yeah, star wars geek, i know!)

The problem with World PvP is the max level assholes ganking the lowbies. My ideal game would have World PvP with a level cap to what players you can attack. Give the lowbies a chance to level up at least >.> ((Yes, i wasted money on darkfall and am a bit pissed at the World PvP there.))
