If it takes me out of Skyrim for the entirety of the DLC and include a questline longer than others (not including the main one) I'd be one happy Dovahkiin.

It would be cool if they did another plane of Oblivion as a DLC like The Shivering Isles for TES IV: Oblivion.

While typing this reply I just thought it would be awesome if the Deadric quests would involve you going to that particular Deadric Prince's plane of Oblivion for The Elder Scrolls VI.

If you know hardly anything about the planes of Oblivion stuff are, basically there are 16 Daedric Princes, all of them have a plane of Oblivion each, Mehrunes Dagon is the main antagonist in TES IV: Oblivion and the Oblivion gates that open up are portals to his plane of Oblivion called The Deadlands, The Shivering Isles is another Daedric prince (Sheogorath)'s plane of Oblivion, which is included as DLC.

As long as there is no horse armour, I'll be happy for what they will make.

I'd pay for DLC that gave NPCs more dialogue or at least made them shut up once they run out of new things to say.
Not perfect, but there's a mod that get's rid of or reduces NPC greetings so that they're not clamoring to tell you their life story every time you run past them.

Apologies if you are on console.

Revisiting Cyrodiil or Morrowind would be nice, but I think they should add High Rock if we're looking at whole provinces.

High Rock isn't very big, certainly not big enough for its own game. We haven't seen it since Daggerfall, and to my knowledge, we never even saw the full province.

Other than that, a new plane of Oblivion would be pretty neat-o, or maybe
something to do with traveling back in time with the Elder Scroll.

Dark Brotherhood quest 2.0

You know, one that doesn't suck. Funny how the two comparisons swapped around from Oblivion to Skyrim.

Oblivion: Thieves Guild quests suck, make me feel like I'm one of Robin Hood's Merry Men, and are boooooring. Dark Brotherhood quests are interesting and tense, involving stealth, deception, and guile. And they were usually quite rewarding...

Skyrim: Thieves Guild quests involve you being an actual thief instead of an idiot in tights, instead I feel like I'm part of a crime syndicate. Dark Brotherhood quests are poor, shallow, and offer no reward for stealth or intelligence; merely a certain placement on where you kill the person, turning you into more of a thug than an assassin.

You mean besides the DLC that makes it so the game isn't buggy as hell? Well, I'd like to have an area based in the Kajite (I know I spelled it wrong) homeland. But that's just me. They seem like the rarest species besides maybe Argonians, so it might be interesting to see something there. Get an idea of what enviroment would allow such a species to evolve like that. in fact, the Argonian homeland would be interesting too.
:s I hardly ever see Argonians. I see many times more Khajiit than Argonians. For that matter, I hardly ever see anything that isn't a Nord. Proventus is the only Breton I've seen and interacted with, Amren's the only Redguard I've seen an interacted with(save for the Alik'r Warriors), I haven't seen and interacted with any Imperials except for Tullius in the intro. Where are all the humanoid races at? I see more Dunmer, Altmer, Bosmer, and Khajiit than anything, that isn't a Nord. Hell, I see Orsimer more than I see Bretons or Redguards. Buuuuuut I digress, there is a reason I quoted:

I would like a DLC similar to this. One that sends you on an adventure in Elsweyr or Blackmarsh.

I second the Elswyr idea. That is, unless they want to set the next GAME there. >:3

I want to go to Morrowind. Everyone keeps acting like it's Hell on Earth... err Tameril.

Happy upcoming Hanukkah from captcha!
Tamriel is the continent, planet is called Nirn

Ah, I see. Realistically I don't buy the idea that a world that only has ONE continent would give it a different name then the world as a whole. It doesn't make sense.
I have the same issue with forgotten realms.

1) Must be able to call up and fly upon Odhaaviing whenever I want. I was extremely disappointed when what I thought was me taking control of flying a dragon turned out to be a quick cutscene/skip to new area.

2) I want to kill the hell out of the Thalmor. I want to kill all High Elves, actually. I want to kill them all dead. I want to go to the Aldmiri Dominion and destroy all they hold dear, destroy every last bit of that vain kingdom and destroy all of their pompous, holier-than-thou attitudes. I'd settle for simply being able to sneak in there axe-murderer style and carve a bloody swath to their leaders.

3) I'd like a pet. I bought Vigilance the Warhound, but upon returning to my home where I told him to wait (he's meant to be a warhound, but I'm afraid to let him fight :p) found he'd decided to piss off and leave somewhere never to be found. I want to be able to have a pet wolf like some Bandits have, or even better put something like a Sabre Cat in the DLC that will loyaly follow you after you freed it from confinement. Or something easier like in Minecraft where when you come across a wolf you can feed them and they'll follow you. I just want to be able to easily replace the pet, so I do not really have to worry about letting them die.

4) If you're going to be confining the DLC to a certain place outside of the map, make sure I can revisit it whenever I'd like and please, please make it large. I was saddened in FO3 when I discovered that I couldn't replay the training simulator in Operation: Anchorage.

Animal armor, sabretooth/troll/bear/etc armor, with the head of the beast as a fucking helmet. If I get "Wolf Armor" I want the helmet to be a fucking wolf's head.

Also the original werewolf skin from Bloodmoon pweeze.

Yeah, I am on a console. I quit taking companions with me because they repeat their dialogue soooooooo frequently, especially in dungeons. It's so annoying. But that's a problem with people everywhere in the game. I honestly try not to walk too close to people so they don't say their bit again to me.

More daedric interactions.
A town that you rebuild through quests and gold.
A Khajit and / or Argonian quest line that results into either a town for each or just a more prevalent presence of them in towns.
Bigger changes for when you become guild-master such as new quests or in the thieves guild case maybe even Riften as a city treats you differently. I just find becoming guild-master feels pointless as nothing really changes.

I'd like to visit one of the other continents but I'd rather that be a whole other game. They have a lot of liberty with a continent like atmora. Atmora is where all the nords came from so it would be a perfect set up to visit the other continent. Or they could go further in to the snow elves/falmer history, there are also a lot dwemer ruins so maybe they could be in it.

There is just so much in the world to do, continents that aren't even on any map. I know that it takes a lot of thought for bethseda to come up with what they want to do especially if they add in another area to explore and not just an event. If they choose to delve into another continent or island that basically become off limits for later games.
