That SCP-173 is somewhere in my home at night whenever I need to turn off the lights and go to bed.

For those of you lucky enough not to know who I'm talking about let me alleviate your blessing:

Or Slendy. Him and 173 are interchangable to me.

Horses. They're cute when they're young and they're majestic when they're fully grown, and for me they are utterly terrifying throughout.

Seriously, it took me years of trying to touch a horse and when I did I felt like I'd climbed Everest. One day I want to ride a horse, but something about them makes me want to run away: even wobbly foals wanting a polo and a hug scare me more than a dog that once chased me out of a farm, teeth bared.

Fruits that may have worms in them like apples, cherry and so on. i generally don't even eat them but if i really want to, i dissect fruit thoroughly and make sure there is nothing there.

Driving, I'm almost 25 and don't even have a learners license yet because the idea of driving a car terrifies me.

My friends think it's irrational. I don't, but then most people on the planet seem to drive, so maybe it is.
Weird coincedence o_O
Woah, very weird coincedence indeed, driving not mentioned at all then all 3 of us mention it at once xD
That is quite weird. When people ask me why driving terrifies me, I don't usually tell them. But a major part of it is that when I was growing up, I was with a friend and his Dad driving along the motorway to go see a movie in the nearest city and suddenly he got a cell phone call. He got me to reach across from my seat and steady the wheel (since I was in the front passenger seat) while he answered it and we hit the barrier in the middle and bounced from it. I thought I was going to die and having that happen when you're eight years old is a scary thing.

He got mad at me and took me home for getting a giant scraping mark across the side of his car, I was grounded for a month by my folks.

Oh and also driving. 19 and I have 5 hours towards my L's =< (In australia you have to do 100 hours of driving, I got my L's when I was 17).

I hate anything with wheels, my legs are just not meant to be off the ground I swear. The few times I have driven I've almost crashed, and my friends ALL think it's sooooo cool to do stupid stuff in their cars like slight fish-tailing and shit, and that freaks me out too. And then one time when my friend WAS actually driving normally and all, we flew off the road into the gutter, swerved back on and barely missed a head on colllision, just because of some like, loose rubble on the side of the road he didn't see (it was dark).

So yeah hate cars. Can't drive myself and being driven is just as bad. Fuck yeah.

To be honest I'm pretty sure I will die in a car crash.

I'm really afraid of failing, which is inconvenient for me cause it stops me trying new things.

Garbage trucks and loud noises. The latter due to autism, some of my senses are very sensitive.

Trypophobia, fear of fleshy clusters of holes.

Normally it doesn't get in the way of anything but in borderlands the Rakk Hive really grossed me out. Also it's not really a phobia since it doesn't interfere with my life but still... euch

Spiders. Fffghhgghadks. Freaking spiders.

I'm arachnophobic to an extreme; not only am I afraid of them, but I can't get near them, or anywhere I think they might congregate (my basement is panic-inducing), and if I see one and it disappears under furniture or something, I will stay out of the entire room because I know it will pop up on my computer case or on my chair or something.

yeah, those and the grates over the subway really make me feel like im going to fall through.

also, heights, because i simultaneously want to feel what its like to fall so far, but i dont want to die from falling so far. so until i go skydiving, this is going to be a major fear, maybe even afterwards, but hey, i'll have gone skydiving, which is crap-your-pants scary and awesome.

and finally, any body of water deep enough for me to fit in, but i cannot see the bottom. i keep imagining some bigass sea monster coming outa nowhere and eating me. or a shark, really anything with a large enough mouth for me to fit in.

Having Aspergers, I know how that goes. I was fasinated by trains when I was younger...but couldnt get close to them unless they stopped because the sound of the cooling units (the REALLY loud parts) and the horn hurt my ears.

Irrational fears: Heights, unless strapped into something. Rollercoasters are fine. Standing on the ledge of a skyscraper? Panic mode!

Blood, unless caused by military, guns, or its my own o_O. For instance, I cant watch "Final Destination" unceasered without feeling sick because of the blood and gore.....so I change it to "Saving Private Ryan" and think "Ah, thats better." as someone gets turned to paste by a tank shell.

And this may be more of an Irrational hate, but:

Hippies. The closer to the sterotype [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hippies], the higher the hate meter goes. I just...I dont know. I dont hate anyone without a good reason (dictators and criminals have a good reason), but...I hate them. Not "I really mean dislike.", I HATE them. Although now that I think about it, it may have something to do with thier drug use, thier embrace of "free love", and thier oppositoion to the Vietnam War. Um........is it bad that I literally saw red when I typed and thought about that last one...or that I find the idea of smacking a hippie with the butt of a rifle appealing.

Heights. I don't even know why, just can't get close to the ledge of a roof or a cliff. Which usually makes me the odd one out if I'm on a road trip and we stop at a "scenic overlook."

Scorpions. Can't hardly even think about scorpions without getting a shuddering feeling. Little bastards. Thankfully, I'm in a region where they are barely seen. That is, unless someone has it as a pet.

I don't wear my hair in a ponytail, because I fear someone will just cut my hair short with scissors. It took me years to grow my hair out and is super important to me.
How long is your ponytail right now, and how long did it take?

I'm trying for one right now. 'Been growing my hair for a year and only trimmed it once in may, and I can get all my hair into a ponytail, sort of, if you exclude the fringe of my hair.

OT: When I'm alone, I hate being in the kitchen. Our windows face the street, and I don't know why, but when I'm alone in the house, I'm strangely afraid of the fact that the street can see me. So much that at times I have to hurry out of the kitchen, into the living room, calm myself down, and then go back in again.

I also jump the last 3 steps of the stairs when going up, because I somehow think that if I hurry the last steps, then the people trying to catch me, won't see me going up the stairs.

Deep water. Considering that for most of my life, I've swam 2-3 hours every day, it seems silly, but I just can't stand it. This site provides a summary:

Sharks, specifically great whites. I'm landlocked from the ocean by at least a thousand miles on every side. I suppose that if I went vacationing to the ocean though it could be slightly more of a realistic fear.

I don't have any rational fears to begin with. Lets go

Spiders
Creepy little things but I don't actually know why I'm scared of them

Deep Water....mostly in video games
Scared of big fish and stuff coming up from below or out of the murkiness

Most flying insects
hate them buzzing round me but especially moths. I hate the damn things

Trypophobia
Difficult to explain. Mostly when I imagine or see images of it involving skin or something.
Creeps me out

And then all the stuff like burglars, fires, muggers and other things that are basically me being paranoid
