Without a doubt, 'Play Crack the Sky' by Brand New.
It's just so calming, and I can see myself either slipping away peacefully as it plays or dying in agony while the lyrics drift around me.
It would be comforting in those last moments.
Plus, the very last chorus is so powerful in such a calm manner.
"This is the end
This story's old but it goes on and on until we disappear."

Tentative by System of a Down.

It'd be playing after I volunteered to hold off the zombies and save the group, a suicide mission.

"Where you going?
To the bottom?
Do you hear us?
We are rotting

We're going down in a spiral to the ground
No one, no one's gonna save us now
Not even God, no one saved us
No one's gonna save us"

There's No Sympathy for the Dead by Escape The Fate.
Without a doubt one of the most awesome songs I've ever heard.

Love this song. Too bad this upload has a bunch of annoying static.

That's better. Until 3:16, at least.

Do you mean which song I want to be played at my funeral? If so, 'Less than a Pearl' by Enya.

If you meant I could choose one song to sing before I died, it'd be 'Wish you were Here' by Pink Floyd, or maybe Secret Garden's 'Sleepsong'.
