Unless I didn't have that much time, then I would say, "Ugh, I totally had something good to say for my last words... It was something about Rome. Hmmm... Let me Thi... GAK!"
Dude that'd be the greatest way to go out. Just fighting countless enemies until your last bloodied breath while that song plays

"God's about to get a rude awakening" Or something to that effect.
OR
"I should of stuck with the plan." Everyone in my family would get it.

"It's okay guys, I got this."

"Wait, where are you going?"

"When I say I got this you're supposed to say not without us and we die together!"

"Guys?"

"Hello?"

"....Fuck"

"Fuck you all. Fuck everything you stand for and believe in. I hate every last one of you........but...I'm gonna miss you guys"

*Closes the door behind me and waits for the countless foes to take me down*

To my mortal enemy who I am protecting my friends from: "You do know that I'm only trying to delay you so that they can activate the portal to send you to hell?" Even if it wasn't true it'd still be funny.

In the case of a horde: "I regret nothing!" Then I kill myself before I get eaten.

I would be surrounded by all of my close friends and family and I would calmly say...
"I hate every last one of you."

They would all feel terrible, and it would be very lolzy.

Charge the enemy either shouting "I HAVE REGRETS!!", or with a slightly maniacal laugh.
