What song lyrics really just don't work for you? What song are they from, and why do you not like them?

I personally do not like the words, "I don't want to look in your eyes because they release the fire of a thousand suns," from "The Tragedy of Empty Streets" by Bleeding Through, just because those words are just so generic.

Exactly why?

most of their lyrics and songs sum up to "Leave me alone" or "get away from me". I've had friends who've religiously loved the band since freshmen year of college and I have never understood it. So they in particular grate on my nerves. Though that's more from personal experience than anything else.
Just my opinion, I'm usually terse in the "bash" threads as I don't want to start a flame war.

Thats the thing, the beat and rhytm is created by whatever company she is signed to, all she does is sing and act in videos (like every other pop/rnb star), and her voice is nothing special tbh, yeah, it sounds kinda unique, but its not all that good, just amongst my friends there are 2 chicks who both have better voices than her, and most girls can sing very well if only they practice a bit, so her voice isnt really a talent.
