Honestly, I don't have a least favourite. I stick to a single group throughout an entire game and nothing else. For Generation Three it was Torchic, Poochyena, Zigzagoon, Taillow (until I got Wingull), Wurmple (evolving into the Beautifly line) and Ralts. Practically unstoppable.
