Seriously, what is it with your mam jokes?
I play Live most days, and the amount of times you hear people arguing and another coming out with some stupid reply about his mam.
Theres occasional "your mam" jokes I find funny, but most are just irratating, I refuse to use them.
Who's ever had this happen to them? What's the stupidest insult someones ever thrown at you reffering to your mother, and people who actually use these insults, why do you use them when often they don't even make sense?

Schoolchildren have been using yer maw jokes for ever. Either ignore it or join in, it's a bit of fun and usually people try to think of the most ridiculous ones. It's not like they are actually insulting anyone or anything so it's no big deal

Aye, some are actually quite funny when just used randomly as a joke, but when people try to turn them into legit insults, it's just annoying.

In some places they say "your sister", presumably because the mother is supposed to be beyond reproach...
