Seconded, I facepalm every day at the stupidity that's called humanity. We may be smart on our own, but in a flock...especially a bíg flock....ugh...

So for any of you who don't watch The Daily Show, a "Moment of Zen" is basically a moment of something that makes life a little bit more surreal/ironic/"whatha-?"/"*blink blink* Ooooookay, then."

I had two Moments of Zen today. The first was having an allergic reaction...to my new allergy meds.

The second was while I was walking through the train station, and I saw a man in what looked to be his mid-thirties run by obviously in a hurry...dressed in a sexy French maid outfit (so the skirt came about mid-thigh, and it looked like he'd shaved his legs) and wearing cat ears.

So these were my Moments of Zen; what Moments of Zen have y'all had lately?
that second one sounds more like a hallucination caused by your allergic reaction to your allergy meds :p
I live in Japan. 'Nuff said. XD

when u said Zen i thought u meant superhuman because ive had a moment like that

i was walking around in the basketball courts at school and 2 mates kicked a footy in the air, as i was walking away it was all quiet, so i ducked my head and the footy went right through the air where my head was.

there was no warning of the impending footy, i just went into Zen mode and ducked.
it was awesome

It wasn't easy to catch, but OH MY GOD IT'S A SNAKE! Do you have any idea how hard it is to type what you're thinking when being attacked by a snake? I wonder if I flushed the toilet. Concentrate on the snake right now, brain! That's a lot of blood.

If I find another blue hampster, I give it to you.

Thanks, but now focus on the blood.

When i'd been looking for a toy for an hour, as a child. I later realised i had it in my hand the whole time.
That freaked me the hell out, because i could've sworn my hands were both occupied in search of that toy.

Or when i saw a boy open up an ice-cream package, throw the ice-cream into the dumpster, then look at what he had in his hand - the package.
Actually that was more hilarious than a moment of Zen.

It's hard to NOT focus on the blood. It's like someone chopped up a sumo wrestler and then threw it everywhere.
