Diablo 3 Wins hands down!!! I have little faith in it coming out in 2011 so my true answer is:
Dragon Age 2 because its the only game of 2011 I plan to preorder.
It'll be a crazy good year for gaming though. I'll likely pick up Zelda, Elder Scrolls, Mass Effect 3, Uncharted 3, Resistance 3, Guild Wars 2, StarCraft 2 expansion and no doubt more to be determined.

Knowing Blizzard Diablo 3 wont be out till some time in 2015, so I'll go with the rpg combo of Mass Effect 3 and The Witcher 2, both looking to be absolutely fantastic experience.
I'm intrigued by Deus Ex 3, but at the same time I've been burned by that franchise before and burned more often than I can remember by glorious trailers turning out to be selling third rate watered down sequels, so I'm keeping any expectations to an absolute minimum.

Duke Nukem Forever.
It's like losing your virginity, so much expectations go into how wonderful it's going to be and then it's quite the let down since it doesn't live up to the hype and took way to long to actually arrive. Also it costs you roughly $60.

Definitely Dragon age 2. It may be the only game I've ever preordered, and it's not even coming out for another 2 and a half months.
Skyward Sword, Pokemon Black and White, Dissidia 2... and those are just the ones I can think of off the top of my head!
The 3DS. Pretty much the entire lineup, whatever comes out at launch. Just... geez I want that thing.
