Your most bizarre gaming death

I was playing mercs 2 and had called in a transport to get rid of this HVT I had bagged. I was just standing there minding my own business when the damn thing landed on me. It pushed me through the ground and I suddenly was higher then the sun was. As I was falling I thought "no way am I gonna live through this." So, finally, after about 5 minutes of my guy wailing his arms around hoping he can fly, I smash into the ground. That is when all my HUD disappeared and I didn't lose any health. So I had to play the game without any HUD. Not necessarily a story about death, but I definitely should of been killed.

i was playing halo 1 on computer in multiplayer on a custom map stupid shot with a sniper i fired killed a guy clipped the shield behind him and got a round straight in my face

My friend, in halo 3, killed himself in a custom map with no explosives and no way to go out of bounds. That's right, he was firing directly at the ground beneath him and the bullets ricocheted into his skull.

When I go in front of a car in GTA4 and shoot the driver in the head, 8 times out of 10 their dead bodies press the gas and end up running me over and killing me.

In L4D. On the sewer level, I climbed the ladder to leave the sewer(and i was first), and i suddenly got squished by a nearby dumpster. Though I have an explaination for that. I think there was a tank at the time, and he can hit that dumpster to blocked the ladder.

This isn't really a bizarre death, it just sucks: I was just playing Bioshock, and right when I open the doors of the revival chamber thing-a-ma-jig, a Big Daddy is standing outside and beats me to death.

In Killhouse on CoD4 i died instantly when I spawned, then my dead body was stretched like a tarp over the map. O-o

I believe it was Medal of Honor: Allied Assault, many years ago.

In a multiplayer game the enemies had our spawn point surrounded. I managed to get out and attack them from behind. It seems they spent enough time there to change spawn points. After seeing this I decided to throw a grenade inside a spawn point room to make them taste what they did to us. I was killed the second I threw the grenade.
Instant spawn. Only thing was, it seemed spawn points changed again. I spawned... inside the room I just threw the grenade at...
...I guess I committed suicide, specially that friendly fire was on and a bunch of us just spawned in that room...
...ah, nothing like the boards above stating I killed around 6 of my own team. I didn't even wanted to read chat, I knew everyone hated me.

i swear to god i have done every kind of death possible. i was playing gta once and i wa following an enemy gang member, not a mission, i was walking down the street after him. he didn't respond until i brushed past him. he then said, "you *****!" looked at me and, without loosening a bullet from the barrel, i died. when i came back to that spot, i saw my dead body! (in the spirit world?

While playing Assassin's Creed, I was running across buildings, misjudged a jump, fell a long ways, and then was speared by a guard. I was actually running from guards and ended falling off a roof right into a guard that hit me with his sword. I guess my momentum made his attack stronger. Oh well. I also got killed by banshee I blew up in Halo 3. I shot it down and it landed on me. Kinda took away from the moment of bringing a banshee down with a needler...

Mine would be from good ol' Morrowind, there I was walking along admiring the (then) lovely graphics and soaking in the sights, when I fell through the ground into a blue void before reapearing in the air about a hundred meters above where I had been and falling to my death.

Did that on FO3 a few times.....

Halo 2 I found the end of map bits of some maps the hard way(oh look at that I'll go explore there.....I love modern level design exploration is a no no....)..............

Not a death of mine but one cause by me, in GTA4 while riding a motorcycle my friend was riding passenger while going full speed down the street we can too close to a car, I pressed forward to duck down and my unfortunate friend was killed by the car's side mirror

Jak II: Renegade
I was on my way to the slums, and then, suddenly I decided to drive under the walkways there, and I pressed R2 (If you press R2, you'll go up in the "second driving-lane", which is about 12 feet above the ground), suddenly, my vehicle expoded (a two seated-thing), and both Jak and Daxter went flat, lying on the water surface, and I mean flat like a pancake.

On GTA IV, i drove in approximately 1km/h into a crappy fence.
The fence fell down, and just out of nowhere, me and my bike (a Freeway), truned upside down, and it fell on me. Niko died xD

Some time later, I spent time in the third part of Liberty City, when i just wanted to take a perfect powerslide and hit a pedestrian with the side of my car.
I hit the pedestrian and squeezed him into a mesh(?)-fence, the car hit dead on, the vehicle and the fence were parallel.

Then, the bug happened: The car crashed into the fence, suddenly it just stuck in the middle of the fence, shaking insanely, after 5-6 seconds, my car ended up on the other side of the fence. The place my car ended up was in a very narrow backyard with no chace of getting out of the vehicle.
It started burning, and suddenly, i was on the other side of the fence again, frozen.
The car were still on the other side of the fence, still burning, and it exploded, throwing me several hundred feet away, actually, over some buildings too. :O

I'm sorry if this was a little hard to read, but I'm a little bit tired while writing this xD

Mine would be morrowind on the PC. Me and my friend test the limit of modding. I enhanced the acrobatics skill of his character to "900000000000" (Well that was the number we typed in.) Then I pressed the jump key, the game crashed, his computer got the infamous blue screen, and ever since has not started up. So not only in game did we die, but our computer exploded too =)

Fallout 3 I got blown up by a mine which took off half my health, unfortunatly the game didn't see it that way and It went into the slow motion death scene (music and everything) when I wasn't dead! My guy stood up (just for the people who dont know this if you get hit with an explosive you switch to 3rd person and watch yourself get blown back) and it wouldn't leave the slow motion. Nothing is more annoying then forever walking around in slow motion listening to the death music.

in mercs 2 being blown up and having my head shoved out'ta my ass a little glitch that made me quack up , that or in saints row two a sachel bomb with super explosion cheat and in tossing one out somehow get stuck to me and KABOOOM!
