first time i played the first gears of war at a friends house, i got very gung ho, as i do when i get a shotgun (it's an evil dead thing).
i was ploughing through a bunch of grunts early on, when at one point i was rising out of cover mode just this one grunt jumped right at me over the wall i was crouched behind and i gave it a quick melee hit from the butt of the shotgun right in it's knackers- while it was still in mid-air! me and my friends were gobsmacked as the locust grunt let out a low "eurrrgh" noise and dropped like a sack of wet effluent

Quintuple knifing in Modern Warfare 2. On scrapyard running to the enemy base. 4 guys just standing around in front of the building. I throw my throwing knife and nail one of them. I run into the building and find some guy who just respawned (possibly the guy I killed) and knife him. The buddies of the guy I threw my knife at start coming in. I knife all but one who was smart enough to wait outside the room. I run out of the room, jump above him, and nail him in the head. 5 kills technically all with a form of knife. And no I am not shitting you.
Was blown into oblivion by a Soldier in TF2, and I watched as my Demoman bottle flew across the map and landed on a scout, killing him. It was on a low gravity and crit server, so maybe that had something to do with it, but I still like to say to myself "That was fucking awesome."

I remember back in CoD4 I was sniping on bog, hiding in a shipping container and popping out to headshot campers in the bus...
My friend, being an asshole as always, runs towards the container and starts hopping at the entrance...
A sniper in the bus sees him, shoots for his head, and the bullet miraculasly misses and goes through the container and into my head...
I was pretty pissed off, because asshole friend over there had a huge laugh...
One of the most hilarious kills I ever got was while playing Battlefield Vietnam. I managed to shoot down a jet from halfway across the map

A string of kills during MAG beta.
Popped smoke in a control room, ran in with the machine gun blazing away. Somehow managed to score 2 headshot kills. Then turned to my left, somehow not getting hit by that guy's knife (glitched maybe? It totally looked like he stuck the knife in my face), then knifed him. The room is now clear. I heal up, capped objective A (this was sabotage, SVER attacking Valor). Then I gun down one guy trying to come in the left door, then spin around and pop three shots into another guy coming behind me, the third shot was a headshot. Then 3 guys stormed the room (where the hell were the rest of my squad?), I took out two of them before the last guy got me.
Didn't matter though, because our other squads got objective B just before I died. The amazing thing is that I scored all those headshots with an SMG. Wasn't really even aiming for it either, just point and don't let go of the trigger.

For BS deaths, I seem to be a NARG (No Apparent Reason Grenade) magnet. I've gotten stuck with plasma grenades on the far side of Sandtrap in Halo 3 more times than seems possible, I've stuck MYSELF, and I also got clocked in the head from a frag once in CoD4, which killed me, and it bounced over a fence off my head so it could detonate over two of my teammates.
As for most BS kill, I saw two guys standing outside a room with a whole bunch of my teammates who were spawn camping and they had a guy with a shotgun covering the entrance. One guy plopped some C4 on the other guy's riot shield (I presume he was going to rush in and kamikaze). Before he could move, I took out my sidearm and boop- double kill.
Today in MW2 some dude on th enemy team has a chopper gunner which kilsl me, so i pick mt stealth class (silencer, cold blooded and ninja) so i can shoot it down, unfortunately within less than a second of me spawning i'm kileld, cause apaprently, i spawned right next to a non-cold blooded teammate, who teh chopper had already fired at, so i spawned in the crossfire while the shot was in mid-air.
I get BS kills all the time from lucky multi-kill grenades to accidental headshots from across a level. Trust me, most of my kills in FPSs are luck rather than skill.
But my best BS kill happened in Worms Armageddon. 1 banana bomb - 8 enemy kills, 0 team kills. Luck all the way.

Insta-death'd four times in a row from a chopper gunner on wasteland...
Literally after pressing X on the killcam, I get another killcam of the chopper gunner killing me, and then the giant "YOU" marker popping up for a split second.
The end result is four of my bodies on the fourth killcam as I die and the game ends...
This also works with grenades...

Well, I found it to be quite funny, I threw my care package marker down, a bit later this guy spawns, starts running and is killed by my falling care package. I lol'd so hard.
I randomly chucked a grenade just before I died in MW2. It stuck to the bomb and killed the person defusing it.
