not the most underhanded thing i did but i did spell out obscenities with nukes on SupCom theres nothing like kiling someone utterly with the words "fuck off"
Me and a friend used to play Gears of War on the same Xbox. We'd both use different Xbox live accounts, so for some reason this meant we couldn't be kicked. We would both choose different teams, then team-kill every person on our team, run back and forth behind their down bodies to make it look like we were raping them, then shoot them down again after they get back up. After we had killed everyone else on the server, we would run to the middle, beat each other down once, then one would grab the grenades, tag the other guy, who would then proceed to chainsaw the tagger. This would continue until everyone had left the server, and we did it a lot.

Hmmm... ok its not too big a deal but when my friend started his game of Saints row 2 for the first time, I agve him a Bezier, and when he almost made it to the garage, a random satchel charge went off, and then I was disconnected.
Once my party got split up on World At War so this one guy was on the other team. This was an opportunity for people in the party to get some of the hard challenges done, so they would go to secluded places to do them. I, of course, would be an asshole and hide C4 there and blow up them up or drop an air strike on them.
Also, on any game that pretty much offers it, I'm an ass with C4. If someone needs reviving on World At War, I'll tell them to cover me, then when they look away I put C4 on them an run away. I would similar things on Rainbow Six & COD4.
I'd also be "that ass" on GTA4 with a helicopter.
I'd also be that guy that steals pills and stuff on Left 4 Dead.
I'd also steal the pizza's on Turtles In Time, even if I didn't need them.

Well, you can stand in this doorway in CoD4 online, and your team start to spawn in the room behind you, but as theres only one door none of them can get out.. So yeah, lots of abuse for that :')
Also, I forget which game it was... operation flashpoint maybe? Anyway, it was online, and sometimes you'd spawn in a stationary aeroplane type thing, then have to parachute down to safety.
Unfortunately, the game never really tells you how to open your parachute, so I had a nasty habit of just sitting in the aeroplane and telling noobs that your parachute opens automatically... Oh the fun I had watching them all fall to their deaths :')

Team Fortress 2: Running to an enemy medic for a heal in arena mode (I had been forced to switch teams the previous round and forgot which team I was on)... and I was the last surviving member of my team....
EDIT: Woops, probably should read the first post before posting, thought you meant hilariously shameful moments not being a douche bag... For douchebag moments probably exploiting a glitch in GMod Prison mod where I could survive outside an airlock where no one could get me.
