I have some pretty epic moments when playing COD4, very often a gernade into a room that goes 'boom' and suddenly the I've got an airstrike. A few good games on shipment that I had with a 4.0 KD ratio. Or that airstrike that kills that same guy three times. Of course, I've also had the -4.0 KD ratio and been killed by the same airstrike three times.

My truly epic moment though was when playing as a sniper on Bloc. I know some dudes are coming up behind me, so I set up some claymores, then hide in the room. As the first one goes off, not killing anyone, I pop a smoke, pistol a guy, run into the smoke, knife someone, grab a P90 and kill two more dudes. This has netted me an airstrike which I promptly lay onto them as they respawn.

For an embarrassing moment I'd have to go with running up to someone and failing to knife them. it was bad.

In Call of Duty 5 recently I took out the entire enemy team of 4 or 5 players on asylum single handedly, the last one was the stealthy knife kill of a guy on the other side of a wall.

in counter stike i played on a german pro server, and no one thought of telling me that freindly fire was on (map: de_dust2). i got into the b tunnel and shot the crap outof someguy, which i later found that was my teamate
i told them it was an accident and they let me pass it.
one round later i was on the lower part on the same tunnel, with a teamate with me and an enemy up the what-ever-its-called. i threw a frag grenade, but the fucking thing hit the end of the ceiling, fell exactly on my ally and killed him.... i laughed so hard i couldnt write "sorry?".... (i was banned).

EDIT: most epic was on DoD when i cooked a grenade, took it in my hand, ran up to two nazis and killed them both in a kamikaze like kill....

mine was on Halo, i was hiding from my cousin and my bro because they're way better than me at games, anyway, it was on this level where there are 2 kinda platforms and portals leading into them, i was hiding on one, and my cousin suddenly appeared on the other one opposite me, so i got him with a rocket launcher XD then my bro appeared next to me on my platform and i got him too! i was so busy celebrating i didnt see my cousin respawning and appearing on my platform and taking us both out with a grenade, i lost my rocket launcher because of that

In Halo 3 i snipped a guy in the head while he was in the air through the head of another guy also in the air.

Then again, that was probably more luck then skill, but still was fun.

Or the time I took on four of my friends in a team slayer round and kicked their butts, probably had less to do with luck.

Epic moment for me, embarrassing moment for my friend:

2 weeks ago, a friend had just rented Mercenaries 2 and about 10 minutes in for him, I join. Sometime later, we initiate the "Retrieve the Devastator" mission. Oblivious to what it really is, my friend thinks of it as a tank or some other death machine. I begin lying and falsely confirm his image of the devastator, stating it's got MG's, rockets, and tank shells. He buys it and we go on our way to retrieve the Devastator.
When we arrive, he sees a parked tank where the target vehicle is and hops in, only to realize that that is not what the game wants us to fetch. We go over to the marker, only to discover...

After seeing the Devastator firsthand, my friend literally went "Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa?". I burst into laughter after my friend's reaction. He was in complete shock. But just when things couldn't get worse... He had to actually drive it! Even worse: I hopped onto the back of it, which wasn't much of a pleasant sight for him. Because of me and the Devastator, my friend was ridiculed for 25 seconds straight by those mean UP mercenaries. It's people like them that is what's wrong with society! What?! Never see two mercenaries riding together on the same vehicle?! I't perfectly normal, I tell ya: Perfectly normal!!!!!!!

From beginning to end, the whole thing was priceless.

in gears 2. was playing horde with my brother. butcher was coming up the stairs and my brother was shooting at it with hammerburst. i pulled out my torque bow and shot the butcher blowing him up. i then realised that my arrow went straight through my brothers head first. killing him instantly. must say it was quite good.

Being ganked by a level 5 gnome(!!! i hates them so much) rogue after just surviving a fight with a paladin and mage was pretty damn embarrassing (lvl 70 shadow healer priest). Filthy alliance.

Also bouncing off the platform 16 times in one match of UT2k3 was an awful fail on my part. Sad to say I haven't improved much in all the years since. At least I provide some hilarity for my opposition on a semi-regular basis, no matter what fps I play

Geometry wars(Buy it guys its great fun) - I was trying to get one of the achievements in front of my friends (all older friends i might add) and i was cruising in and out like the pro i am and i then started gloating while playing then went crash into one of the stationary spaceships

I've had a great "i'm retarded sorry" moment on L4D No Mercy: Sewers, in the part with the diner and the explodable gas station. We were playing on impossible (Expert Versus before it was patched), and doing pretty damn well, no medkits used all on green etc. I was playing with a group of friends on my team and as normal we were fucking about (not going OMG TACTICS STICK TO THEM). We started the minilast stand and me and hyph ran off to where the weapons can spawn in the building you climb up, thinking we could hide in the closet there whilst our other friends get raped by hunters etc. We make it there easily, waiting for the horde to come.

I have a pipebomb so i ATTEMPT to throw it through the door and out the window, unfortunately i was feeling alot of fail that day and it bounces off the doorframe and sits at our feet. So now we are in an enclosed space with something which attracts zombies (and explodes) immediately after 200 or so zombies are spawning. -Facepalm-

This leads to a great moment of us jumping out the back windows and making a run for it. Funniest part is i didn't tell hyph about the pipebomb and figured he died, only to see him sprint past me screaming IFUCKINGHATEYOOOOOOOOU (ofc whilst laughing his ass off xD).

The great thing is we ended up going all the way back to spawn and through the diner again without taking a scratch xD

My most epic is easily on a Jedi Academy mod called "Movie Battles Two"

Basically class based starwars, with saber duals and whatnot.

I'm the last guy on my team, they have five left, three gunners and two sith. Two of the gunners have sniper rifles, and they're on different ends of the room. I turn and deflect one shot into the third, non-sniper gunner. I hear the other one fire, so I jump, and it kills the sith that just took a swing at me. I run up to one of the sniper's and cut him down, then spin and deflect the other snipers shot back into him. Then I just duel the sith, and win.

Twas fantastic, but the round after that I took a rocket to the face right at the start, just walking through a door. I think the whole server laughed at me. I know I did ^^

I have One that i can remember, Unreal tournament 2004, i cant remember the map name, but its the one that's flying in space, not a spaceship, the bug rock one, i think it was called classic, but anyway.... I was in one of the back corners of the map, with nothing but a sniper, I jump up, shoot get a no-scoped headshot, from across the map.
